- Issues with lost of high level controls in the last blue week: not fully understandable why the fiber optics was lost.
SPB:
- Pulse energy during the nights is low; started with 1mJ and later dropped to ~600uJ.
FXE:
- Digitizer problem during the week was solved:
This occurred when a change of bunch number was requested; the digitizers are reconfigure via mid-layer device whenever number of pulses/frequency is updated.
It is not clear if this was the cause of the issue. DOC reboot the hardware which resume data acquisition.
Today (Monday) morning FXE noted that another mid-layer device was not displaying digitizer data properly; since the digitizers are the base class, it could be that
communication was not reinitiated after the hardware reboot. Re-instantiating the mid-layer fix the issue.
- A temperature drift on the Mono is still to be investigated and XRO is aware of it.

water systems.
Raul V. says that it's also seen in some tunnel devices but because of the changes in interlock logics this worked nicely.
- Zunaira A. asks why many power glitches are happening. Andreas G. says there were this year 3 events with different causes.
Last Monday's one was a real power glitch from distribution line; the one on Easter Sunday is under investigation via an 8D report and the one last week was caused by
human error.
CTRL:

on Sunday magnet power supplies at the accelerator had a problem and took few hours to restore beam delivery as it required tunnel access.
- The two-color was not created in the right order but it was corrected afterwards. The bandwidths were adjusted a few times and HED said it went well, including their spectrometer.
- XO proposes that the info on the two-color (order) can be entered in the comment section of the delivery table.

- Issue with AGIPD at SPB did not happened again and currently there is no plan for any intervention.
ITDM:

- Busy with activities in this blue week (e.g. Mirror calibrations); it may require CTRL support.
LAS:
- For next week a stage in SA1 will be replaced.
- A change of operation point in SA1/SPB and S3/SQS will happen this week. SCS also need a change working point to 1.1MHz.
UNSYS:

SCS:
- XGM high voltages went down to zero and was restarted by powering on again. Cause it is not clear and will be followed up by XPD and SCS members.
SQS:
- Continuing work of moving chamber to prepare for next week beamtime. Some PLCs for the chamber have to be reset motors and other things. EEE is helping with it. |

General Announcement:
- The Winter Maintenance Task list will be sent to all groups in the course of today. Next Wednesday 04.10 Martin Doering will make a quick presentation on the list itself and take questions.
Two minor upgrades are done on it: 1. Location places are not divided in up to 3 sub-sections/levels; 2. Services needed and blocked are now condensed in two columns with color code related to the chosen
service.
The deadline for submission is October 20th.
CTRL:
- Nothing to report.
DA:
- No relevant updates.
EEE:
- Continued with work recovering systems after power cut.
- Patrick G. points that a clear information on the infrastructure of e.g. power, water, has to be made available to groups.
VAC:
- Not present.
XPD:
- Nothing to report.
- As last PRC, J. Gruenert adds that to protect CRLs in SA1 a watchdog is being tested. F. Wolff-Fabris adds that XO will discuss it with instruments.
DET:
- Nothing to report.
ITDM:
- Nothing to report.
XRO:
- Mikako M. says that the test of the SA1 CRL watchdog was done yesterday night; some bugs were found and a fix needed to be done. Watchdog is in principle ready but should be still tested. However, it is
not yet a fail proof device.
- Steffen H. points that safety relevant devices that are not fail proof shall not be deployed. In addition, for longer use: one may be worthwhile to implement a dedicated device.
- XO states that the tested watchdog is not going to be placed in operation now.
LAS:
- Not present.
UNSYS:
- All fine.
SPB:
- Issue with PP-laser affected preparations.
FXE:
- Issues with AMPHOS shutter were fixed yesterday and now it runs properly.
- Progress was done with night work.
MID:
- AGIPD detector issue is in DET hands.
HED:
- Nothing to report.
SCS:
- Pointing had issues (drift) being root cause for instabilities last night. Right now beam performance looks better than the last night, after BKR intervention.
