- Middle layer device of SRA in SA2 had the offset parameters placed to zero and as consequence it showed unreal numbers. M. Vannoni placed back old parameters and right now it shows the correct numbers.
It was positioned in the correct place but numbers were wrong. Wajid E. says parameters can be retrieved or please write a ticket to CTRL if it happens again.
- As PRC, machine had isolated problems yesterday night and this morning.

LAS:
- Synchronization for the PP-lasers went down. LbSync is informed.

with EEE.

2. It seems DARF-DACHS system shows incorrect dates for training expirations. SRP will check on possible corrupted dates; 
3. EuP trainings validity will be extended until end of June.
- Safety masks: A warning was issued by Hamburg authorities. EuXFEL has some masks that belong to the batch mentioned in the warning but with different production dates.
Currently SRP has no info if these masks are not suitable for use but will keep staff updated.

The policy states that if two or more workers that are closer than 1.5m for longer than 15 min then both shall use FFP2 masks. 
If shorter than 15 min (whole day), workers can use surgical masks. 
- Work in tunnels with clean tents: in case of 2 simultaneous workers, by default they have to use PPE.
- FFP2 masks may not be suitable for clean room. More information will follow.

- M. Doering makes the quick-off presentation for the summer maintenance period:
1. Next Friday the list will be released to the groups and shall be returned on April 28th; 
2. May is dedicated to scheduling and conflict solution and on June 2nd the task list summary will be released; 
3. SMP starts on June 20th; 
4. Interlock tests take place from July 3rd to July 14th; 
5. Machine ramp up from July 15th to July 24th.
- Maintenance task list is unchanged as compared to the latest winter maintenance period. Group's small internal tasks that do not affect other groups or areas do not need to be included.

General Announcement:
- The UOM does not take place on next Friday 02.April.
- Pouneh S. informs the SCS panic button is not properly working (the search hutch does not perform as expected). This does not prevent operation and will be look after

- Karabo 2.10.4 is to be released which contains features to facilitate opening scenes and has some bug features fixed. CTRL hopes for a wider adoption.

- EEE has a time slot on Wednesday from 10:00 to 15:00 to update loops in SA3 and SA2. Updates shall be transparent and an e-mail will be sent. 
A. Galler confirms there will be no beam operation during this time.

- ZZ request for Shimadzu camera in XTD9: A. Galler says it is not yet scheduled. As soon as valid information is coming, it will be communicated (maybe on Wednesday 
during the loop updates time slot).

- Small things were fixed with DOC help on available calibration constants for one SPB detector was fixed.

ITDM:

- Thursday's SA2 ADC problem was fixed. Today LAS and EEE will attempt to fix the SA3 missing triggers in the ADC cards.

- Information: there will be from today to Wednesday tests in SA2 performance with and without air conditioning systems.

- Few problems with last week solved by DOC.
- SPB shift crew said machine was running at 2.2MHz. This had to be informed to BKR Operators.
