- Announcement: September 30th is the deadline for submitting the Maintenance task list. So far XO received 3 lists.
- Maurizio V. informs that this moment some groups are not yet aware of the 03.12 electrical intervention. The Maintenance time is therefore shorted. XRO will place in task list all planned activities but 
the confirmation if they take place depends on the actual time available for the work. 
A. Galler informs that a presentation wad done in this meeting series and also to the STGL who shall also communicate to their respective groups. It is also perfectly fine to mention that a task may not be 
carried out if it depends on timing plan. In any updates XO will inform via e-mails to xo-info or directly with affected groups.

CTRL:

DET:
- Concerning the timing system Detector: call to DOC was received and issue was solved.

ITDM: 
- Issue reported last Monday by ITDM (data migration / GPFS): ticket was created and is under investigation.

XRO:
- Nothing to report.

LAS:
- Discussion on the electricity work on Dec. 3rd: XO would like to discuss with LAS later today.

UNSYS:
- Small issue in SA1/cell9: water in the vacuum chamber. Solved by M. Yakopov and MKK. 
- Task list is submitted.

SPB:
- Nothing to report.

FXE:
- Naresh K. reports yesterday night the Hirex was setup for next week together with Peter Z. and it was done by 01:30AM. FXE had no plans for beam usage after that.

MID:
- Feedback to XRO: last week MID changed the mirror stripes from Platinum to B4C using the macros and it worked nicely.

HED:
- Done with compensation to users beamtime; currently changing setup for next user and will not use beam during the day and only few bunches tonight.

SCS:
- Experiment running: no issues.
- Noise with Fast ADC and the ADQ412 was observed when amplifiers were ON: To be checked.

SQS:
- Nothing to report.
