General Announcement:
- During the next Wednesday XO Integration Meeting a kick-off presentation by Martin Doering will be done to present the next winter maintenance including an electrical activity that will shutdown almost
the entire campus.
CTRL:
- Nothing to report.
DA:
- Nothing to report.
EEE:
- A ZZ together with VAC was done in SA1 tunnel yesterday night due to a failure of a terminal for a crate.
- Another ZZ to check piezo motors in SXP branch will happen today.
VAC:
- Apart of the downtime of yesterday nothing to report.
XPD:
- Nothing to report.
- Naresh K. as PRC informs that a mal function of a terminal for a VAC controller rack close to the XGM prevented vacuum operation and closed the XGM valve. After the ZZ by VAC OCD and EEE one could
restart XGM.
- SA3 was down for 1:30 hours; after closing absorber in SA1 to allow SA3 beam only 30 bunches were allowed. To be addressed by the PRCs.
- Miscommunication with BKR operators on SAT at midnight asking for permission from SQS to change SA1 to 6keV, procedure that was done the whole week already. To be discussed with Desy RCs.
DET:
- Nothing to report.
- As DRC Olivier Meyer informs it was a quite week, apart of the vacuum issue yesterday.
ITDM:
- Nothing to report.
XRO:
- A ZZ together with EEE is requested today.
LAS:
- Laser operation was relatively smooth; few minor issues with trigger and timing delay; in contact with CTRL for solutions.
UNSYS:
- An OCD dedicated number for undulator issues is available: 9-4850
SPB:
- Nothing to report.
FXE:
- Problem with Jungfrau (data was noisy). Olivier M. comments that a call was received at the start of the week; an intervention was done and in his understanding no feedback from FXE was saying it was a
show stopper.
- Changing in time by 1ns;
- E-log was giving error messages (unavailable). Patrick G. suspects of network issues but will be investigated.
MID:
- Users from two weeks ago will use beam next weekend at 12keV.
HED:
- Nothing to report; experiment was successful and has lots of data.
SCS:
- Not present.
SQS:
- Not present. |
