-  Please remember and remind group members that the machine day is on Tuesdays and not Mondays anymore. Delivery will then start on Wednesday.
- Regarding the 2025 shutdown at the 2nd half of the year: XO is collecting initial tasks. Please groups are asked to provide a draft to XO of the planned tasks by next Friday 01.12.
- The UOM does not take place next Friday.

- From next week the deployment of Karabo will start. E-mail with reminders will be sent.

DA:
- Nothing to report.
EEE:
- Power OFF in SA1 instruments; PLC colleagues will read all parameters beforehand to be in safe side. PLC will be down on Thursday.
- Learn that cooling in SA1 rack rooms will be OFF tomorrow. Does it affect balcony room? Tobias C. will verify with Oleg E. to check with company performing the job.

VAC:
- V0 valves are closed; also to the instruments. 
- Photon tunnels XTD6 and XTD9 will be opened in 30mins and XTD10 will be accessible after lunch.

XPD:
- Tests with IMGs are ongoing for the next 1-2 hours and need motors running. Please do not shutoff Karabo, racks until it is done.

DET:
- Yesterday started the AGIPD maintenance at SPB/SFX. Modules were exchanged together with Desy group. Today test of vacuum and temperature to be done;
- AGIPD at MID: Desy team will inspect it from today.

ITDM: 
- Planned tasks starting from next week.
- Tomorrow's electricity maintenance in SA1 - not clear who is responsible to open the racks door (ITDM, room manager or rack manager). To be clarified by TS and T. Clever.

XRO:
- Ramp down went fine last two days and thanks for the collaboration among the people.

LAS:
- Nothing to report.

UNSYS:
- Two problems in SA3 and SA2 will be fixed in the maintenance.
- Other tasks are ongoing accordingly to the plan.

SPB:
- Small issue with PLC but it was solved.

FXE:
- Nothing to report; preparing for the electricity task tomorrow.

MID:
- Nothing to report apart of the AGIPD.
