General Announcement:
- M. Doering makes the quick-off presentation for the summer maintenance period:
1. Next Friday the list will be released to the groups and shall be returned on April 28th; 
2. May is dedicated to scheduling and conflict solution and on June 2nd the task list summary will be released; 
3. SMP starts on June 20th; 
4. Interlock tests take place from July 3rd to July 14th; 
5. Machine ramp up from July 15th to July 24th.
- Maintenance task list is unchanged as compared to the latest winter maintenance period. Group's small internal tasks that do not affect other groups or areas do not need to be included.

- A maintenance planning workshop will take place on April 13th 10:00-11:30. Invitation to the respective contacts/groups will be distributed. Aim is to discuss, review and improve the maintenance planning 
process.
- Zunaira A. questions on the recent issues and progress with Alfresco: Luis M. says that 3 issues are known with Alfresco Wiki and contact with external company (Highland) which will deploy a fix for 
tables. HTML issue has no solution.

XPD:
- Hirex is working fine, but yesterday showed a spectral integral of 9mJ. Naresh K. will investigate further.

- Nagios issue was fixed on Monday.

- Issue with stepper motor (hardware - connector need to be replaced) for a sample environment device which is tried to be solved today.

- Problems with pulse IDs and DOC will be contacted.

MID:
- Monday afternoon issue with high/low voltage power supply. EEE and CTRL are helping to investigate and hopefully a clear picture is found today.

HED:
- Nothing to report.

SCS:
- Thanks TS for fixing problem with leak in the chiller system.
