- As PRC, Jan G. reports that on Saturday morning no beam permission at the North branch happened. An issue with XTD2 solid attenuator vacuum happened and together with VAC-OCD the threshold was changed

On Sunday around 09:20 an issue with accelerator quadrupole magnet in A21 caused downtime initially until noon (SA2) and around 16:00 (North branch); also D3 had to come onsite to reset burn through 
monitors in the aftermath.

- Jan G. says calorimeter measurements last Friday on HED hutch took place in order to measure transmission of pulse energy in the hutch and compare with tunnel HED-XGM. 
It is found a factor 2 loss - half beam intensity arriving at the end of the hutch. 
- Lorenz K. says that the Barista machine triggered a fire alarm. TN did a check and may be caused by the self-cleaning program of the machine by producing enough steam.
- Call for tasks to be carried on next Winter maintenance period were sent out to the are sent out via e-mail last Friday. Groups shall submit one group list by 30.09.2021.

CTRL:

• Due to work restrictions, some of shutdown activities will not end as planned in time. This leads to a prolongation of the start-up phase starting next week. It means re-start of Accelerator and South branch will be delayed by 2-4 days while the North branch by about 1 week.
• The first 2 weeks of X-Ray delivery (2.2-15.2) will most likely be affected and photon delivery cannot be guaranteed into all beam-lines at all days. Some flexibility in planning for the commissioning tasks is expected. A detailed schedule for an upcoming week will be available on the week before, latest on Friday.
• Sara C. asks if tunnel access is allowed during this week. F. Wolff-Fabris understands tunnels still can be accessed this week apart of Covid regulations (in the context of tunnel maintenance tasks that have to be performed while tunnels are open). T. -  XO has sent to the support groups and instruments the call for the winter maintenance tasks. Deadline for submission is Oct. 16th.

- Friday night incident with signals of SA3 vacuum loop. It took hours to recover the system.
- A deployment/restart of online cluster nodes will be done today meaning 10 minutes downtime. Devices / clone devices shortly unavailable during the 
deployment.
- CTRL reminds that tickets that may require Doocs bridge are better worked if sent during the week time. 

DA:

- DA will carry an offline discussion with CTRL on the cluster nodes deployment. CTRL says this is for the CPU nodes.

EEE:

- Looking into PL/fast ADC mTCA issue with SA1 PP-laser. To be discussed separately with LAS, XO after the meeting: next solution is to exchange CPU -

- No major issues. Karabo SA3 VAC loops look fine now.

XPD:
- PES: ZZ on Friday to fix issue with a broken gauge, mostly likely related to the power failure. Cables had to be switched. PES works again. 
- Tests next week using PES: Joakim L. will set the system.
- Change of SA3 XGM settings during this week: Theo M. will change setup during weekdays.

- SA2 PP-laser is ready for next week.

- Info for DRC: MID expects to use beam on Sunday during the day.

- Issue with BAM stabilization. It was requested but due to issues it was turned OFF during the weekend. It took time to realize it was OFF and to find experts to bring up again.
- Power outage in some devices at the experimental hutch. TS was called and came to fix it. 
- Liubov S. says problem relates to the laser interlock occurred: it searched few times before one could eventually set it.

SQS:
- Issue with ADQ digitizer of Spie devices: more than one in one crate and in interleaved mode it gives a random artefact. 
It was discussed with EEE: vendor says there is nothing what can be done. If someone else has issues please join forces with SQS.
