- Regarding network problems yesterday: Desy exchanged a switch for a new one and it was when problem happens. Office telephones are currently not working. A new ticket to NOC was issued.

- Started the topics back after the power maintenance. Not all devices are up as there is some updates to be done in the next days/week. The ramp-up went fine for the topics that were restarted.

The issue happens due to overload with a buggy script. If this script is not running, then the issue should not repeat again. 
At Petra it is used a standard control network which is different from the one at EuXFEL.

General Announcement:
- Jan Gruenert, as PRC, reports on the Saturday night access (SA2 remained running) and on Friday evening at XTD6 done by HED. The remainder of the weekend worked well with instruments.
- A. Silenzi, as DRC, says the SA2/HED loop6 had flickering conditions that makes it irresponsible for short times. Apart of it, it was a quiet week.
- A. Galler suggests groups to check the TS announcement concerning the Dec.3rd electrical maintenance as well as the interruption of drinking water from Dec. 2nd. 
It is suggested to reduce the number of people onsite after 15:00 on Friday 02/12.

CTRL:
- Issue with update of cameras: A. Parenti says that this morning an update for Bassler cameras was installed in agreement with A. Koch. 
It addresses the issue that after pressing "stop" at cameras the Karabo was irresponsible. Cameras will be re-instantiated and will be under monitoring for the next days.
- Unresponsiveness of VAC loop6 in HED will be followed up.

- Saturday evening in SA3: failure of fast valve controller for interface to Desy. Access by VAC-OCD and PRC was needed to exchange the controller and beam interruption of 4.5hs in the north branch

- Status of "Readthedocs": the possibility to generate new documentation is now fixed by a workaround. In mid-term a different documentation system will be used - still to be decided.

- Discussion on access rights based on FXE issue:
- The new Dachs system does not send notification that access rights will expire. Every staff member has to identify at the system when his/her rights will 
expire at each location. 
- Thomas T. says EuXFEL has made a request to Desy in order to modify this and currently it is at the pipeline at Desy.  
- Jan G. mentions that for the labs in his responsibilities he can see the access rights are being expired soon and he manually notifies the people.

- Two OCDs on Tuesday night: 1. SCS motor not moving (was fixed); 2. One SPB smarACT device server crashed (fixed). 
- CTRL is following up both incidents as well as a motor in HED/SA2.

1. Problem with DACHS system (hutch search at HED was not able to be performed). This was a communication problem and DACHS server had to be rebooted There is no OCD over

2. EPD went down due to network failure (down for all tunnels and was fixed on Sunday). Martin Dommach confirms that the entry at TXD9 was possible this morning.
- XPD reports on a comment from SPB on June 1st says a damage of 25um Si was found. Jan G. asks more details which device it is. 
M. Sikorski will check that. Naresh K. says it shall be in the SPB branch.
- XGMs are powered down for the maintenance.

DET:
- DRCs/DOC is OFF during the maintenance period. If support is requested, please contact support via ticketing system.

- PP-laser is delivering also in SA3. SCS has 1.3mJ power delivered at 112kHz. One gets 1.7-1.8mJ in front of upstream, what is not too far from the nominal value (2mJ).

- DAQ feedback: so far but it is happy with it.

- During winter shutdown the bunch arrival monitor was updated. An e-mail will be sent reflecting the changes.

- Single OCD call was solved: configuration of train match bridge to eXtra foam.

EEE:
- Two tickets from MID shall be followed this week.
- Tickets from DOC on SQS (solved) and PES (to be fixed by DA).

- Issue FRI/SAT: bad communication between balcony and SASE1 cells. It is solved but being further investigated.
- This morning there was a BKR request to go lower undulator gaps in SA2: gap can go as lower to 10.61mm.

SPB:
- Commissioning of AGIPD done; successful week.

FXE:
- Preparing the beamline; ready for beamtime.

MID:
- Issue with RF window: it was too short when they received the beam. Solved by PRC and instruments for fast solution.
- EEE had to solve an issue.
- Cameras in the tunnel monochromator may need a ZZ. This afternoon VAC will join for a ZZ and fix it.
- Week was successful.

HED:
- Quite successful beam usage last week.
- Issues with fast ADC devices not working until Wednesday. It worked for 24hs and then had to be restarted again and came out with wrong settings. 
This needs further investigation and is needed for users this week. CTRL will follow up.

SCS:
- Preparing with UAC from tomorrow.

SQS:
- Safety problem with magnet interlock in one door: a loose screw was fixed (for the time beam).
- Issue with digitizer: SQS will clarify with CTRL.
- Recheck calibration of monochromator (needs cameras looking to the motor): it seems that the camera has to be discussed with XRO. 
Martin D. says that currently Maurizio V. is in the tunnel and SQS shall contact for the possibility of a quick fix now.
- Zunaira A. says that if beam shutter closes without apparent reason: it can be related to emergency off, panic switch, air box or the maglock. It happens 3 times on the same day. If this happens again, 
it may trip the entire accelerator. 
People in safety group or laser interlock are responsible for fixing the maglocks. A. Galler asks Zunaira A. to send an e-mail to xo-info@xfel.eu. 
Alberto Defanis says that Eric B. has fixed. Zunaira comments that this fix was momentarily for the weekend. Further discussion will follow.

General Announcement:
- Cooling water situation at XHQ: initially there is no cooling water until possibly 13.12. To the best of XO knowledge all groups are informed. If this is not the case please contact XO. 
As soon as water comes back to normal an e-mail will be sent.
- Jorg H. asks on the safety trainings for employees (relates to the sexual harassment traning from an e-mail of Sven M. / Desy this morning). 
Sandra Plett comments that this is not mandatory to XFEL colleagues but it will be clarified today via an e-mail. The Basic training and hygiene trainings are the ones mandatory to all the staff.

CTRL:
- Last week Karabo deployment done except of the Lasers (to be done this week). If any issue is found please contact CTRL.
- Control network maintenance: control server maintenance takes place on Wednesday between 07:00 and 09:00.

DA:
- Online data analysis service is also down due to maintenance tasks.

EEE:
- Start this week with tunnel loop updates.
- Ongoing HED installation cables; also cabling work at SPB ongoing.

VAC:
- Continuing with shutdown activities (ongoing accordingly to the schedule).

- Continuing the list of activities: due to the stop of cooling water the preparation of the re-installation of the bender in XTD2 is delayed. 
Lab is currently at 28C and when temperature is stable activities will resume. Only then will evaluate if intervention will be feasible or not.
- Tasks with EEE and motors will start next days.

LAS:
- Confusion with cooling water on lab area that was lost around 15:00 on Friday. Apart of that all is fine. XO will look into it when cooling water is back.

UNSYS:
- Two Apple-X undulators are in the shaft building for connecting vacuum pipes.
- Undulator SA#1-cell#33 to be moved to cell#2. Collimator/Pb shield was moved to downstream of Diagnostic Undulator.

SPB:
- Installations of hardware planned for this week.
- Working with EEE and others to get hardware moved to the new rack room.
- Needs to negotiate to keep vacuum running.

FXE:
- Not present.

MID:
- All fine at MID with maintenance works. 

HED:
- Laser interlock update at HED: laser interlock not functional this week;
