- A. Silenzi, as DRC, says the SA2/HED loop6 had flickering conditions that makes it irresponsible for short times. Apart of it, it was a quiet week.
- A. Galler suggests groups to check the TS announcement concerning the Dec.3rd electrical maintenance as well as the interruption of drinking water from Dec. 2nd. 
It is suggested to reduce the number of people onsite after 15:00 on Friday 02/12.

- Issue with update of cameras: A. Parenti says that this morning an update for Bassler cameras was installed in agreement with A. Koch.

- Accelerator is now running at 11.5GeV for the next 4 delivery weeks. The SA1 and SA3 systems show already good photon intensities and at SA2 the Self-seeding setup is taking place today.

- Update of offline calibration: it went fine, successful.

- Replacement uTCA of HED optics today.
- Past week cables installation went fine.

- ZZ on solid attenuator XTD2: adjusted solid attenuator in-position (driving 2mm less in) to get a fresh spot on Si foil.
- ZZ on XTD9 ion vacuum pump: shows noble gas instability; adjusted set point; hope to survive until shutdown.

- Setting up HIREX for HXRSS.

- Problem with LPD DAQ; ITDM solved last weekend.

- Influx data show timing inconsistencies. Under investigation but data can still be seen in Graphana.
- Steffen H. updates the DAQ: SPB/SFX is using the updated version and seems to work nicely. Still following up things that were observed during the tests.

- Motor issue during the weekend was solved.
- As DRC, Patrick Gessler says DOC is not occupied on Tuesdays now that this is the access day.

VAC:

ITDM: 
- Yesterday the migration to new storage system went successful.

XRO:
- ZZ was done yesterday for the XTD6 attenuator. Needs a feedback from MID when they get the beam.
- No other issues to report.

LAS:
- PP-laser is delivering also in SA3. SCS has 1.3mJ power delivered at 112kHz. One gets 1.7-1.8mJ in front of upstream, what is not too far from the nominal value (2mJ).
- From next week a two stage NOPAS is requested in SA3.

UNSYS:
- Everything is fine.

SPB:
- DAQ feedback: so far but it is happy with it.

FXE:
- Issue with MONO heater is solved.

MID:
- All motor issues have been solved.

HED:
- It had a minor issue with automatic Dark Procedure; a ticket will be written.
- From lunch time today the HXRSS will be tuned.

SCS:
- It had Vacuum issues at DPS which triggered the XGM. It is in contact with Theo M. which will restart the XGM.

SQS:
- Nothing to report.

SXP:
- Not present.

General Announcement:
-  Power glitch on Sunday morning at around 04:00AM seems to have no effect at machine or Schenefeld site.

CTRL:
- During winter shutdown the bunch arrival monitor was updated. An e-mail will be sent reflecting the changes.
DA:
- Single OCD call was solved: configuration of train match bridge to eXtra foam.

EEE:
- Two tickets from MID shall be followed this week.
- Tickets from DOC on SQS (solved) and PES (to be fixed by DA).

VAC:
- All fine with VAC.

XPD:
- All fine with Diagnostics.

DET:
- Nothing to report.

ITDM: 
- Wednesday there will be shutdown of rack room in ground floor (604): details were sent by e-mail and there were no concerns/feedback from potentially affected people.

XRO:
- Nothing to report.

LAS:
- All 3 PP-lasers are stable and will be available by the end of the day.

UNSYS:
- Issue FRI/SAT: bad communication between balcony and SASE1 cells. It is solved but being further investigated.
- This morning there was a BKR request to go lower undulator gaps in SA2: gap can go as lower to 10.61mm.

SPB:
- Commissioning of AGIPD done; successful week.

FXE:
- Preparing the beamline; ready for beamtime.

MID:
- Issue with RF window: it was too short when they received the beam. Solved by PRC and instruments for fast solution.
- EEE had to solve an issue.
- Cameras in the tunnel monochromator may need a ZZ. This afternoon VAC will join for a ZZ and fix it.
- Week was successful.

HED:
- Quite successful beam usage last week.
- Issues with fast ADC devices not working until Wednesday. It worked for 24hs and then had to be restarted again and came out with wrong settings. 
This needs further investigation and is needed for users this week. CTRL will follow up.

SCS:
- Preparing with UAC from tomorrow.

SQS:
- Safety problem with magnet interlock in one door: a loose screw was fixed (for the time beam).
- Issue with digitizer: SQS will clarify with CTRL.
- Recheck calibration of monochromator (needs cameras looking to the motor): it seems that the camera has to be discussed with XRO. 
Martin D. says that currently Maurizio V. is in the tunnel and SQS shall contact for the possibility of a quick fix now.
- Zunaira A. says that if beam shutter closes without apparent reason: it can be related to emergency off, panic switch, air box or the maglock. It happens 3 times on the same day. If this happens again, 
it may trip the entire accelerator. 
People in safety group or laser interlock are responsible for fixing the maglocks. A. Galler asks Zunaira A. to send an e-mail to xo-info@xfel.eu. 
Alberto Defanis says that Eric B. has fixed. Zunaira comments that this fix was momentarily for the weekend. Further discussion will follow.

General Announcement:
- Jan Gruenert announces a seminar done by UK guests from Daresbury on UK plans for FEL. The seminar happens on THU 13:30 at XHQ E2.042. Please contact Jan G. for zoom link.

- Few hiccups when performing Monday's update was done: restarted system again and fixed now.
- HED had also an issue with router but was understood and fixed.
- Performed SA1 update and today continuing with SA2 and tomorrow SA3 topics.

- Doing updates in SA1 tunnel PLC updates today.
- Affected by personal missing due to sickness.

- Maintenance activities are ongoing.

- Routers update were done on Monday and Tuesday. They are operational and connected - looks successful.
- HED problem with a faulty connection/switch but for the time been it shall be fine.

- Issue after Karabo update: can not instantiate and restart system; CTRL received a ticket and is looking into it.

UNSYS:
- Fixed problem with broken encoders in tunnels; calibration of cam movers was successful and is ready to install Apple-X; broken connector was found but reason for this happen still under investigation.
- First 2 Apple-X will be installed Thursday.
- Next 2 Apple-X to be moved to shaft building on Friday and installed on Monday.

SPB:
- Issue after power maintenance last week: downstream control room and experimental hutch does not have power in some white/orange sockets; A ticket to TS was written.

FXE:

- Electronics rack room were switched ON now.

General Announcement:
- Cooling water situation at XHQ: initially there is no cooling water until possibly 13.12. To the best of XO knowledge all groups are informed. If this is not the case please contact XO. 
As soon as water comes back to normal an e-mail will be sent.
- Jorg H. asks on the safety trainings for employees (relates to the sexual harassment traning from an e-mail of Sven M. / Desy this morning). 
Sandra Plett comments that this is not mandatory to XFEL colleagues but it will be clarified today via an e-mail. The Basic training and hygiene trainings are the ones mandatory to all the staff.

CTRL:
- Last week Karabo deployment done except of the Lasers (to be done this week). If any issue is found please contact CTRL.
- Control network maintenance: control server maintenance takes place on Wednesday between 07:00 and 09:00.

DA:
- Online data analysis service is also down due to maintenance tasks.

EEE:
- Start this week with tunnel loop updates.
- Ongoing HED installation cables; also cabling work at SPB ongoing.

VAC:
- Continuing with shutdown activities (ongoing accordingly to the schedule).
- Power cut in XTD2 last Friday is not yet understood.
- Broken power supply that affected fire extinguisher system was resolved.

XPD:
- Continuing with maintenance tasks: XTD2 differential pumping systems; transport of hard X-ray PES taking place tomorrow at XTD2.

ITDM: 
- Wednesday early 7:00 to 9:00 no control network due to switches upgrade.
- Today and tomorrow online storage system will be upgraded in offline mode by being disconnected from the clients (therefore it takes shorter time).
- Planned for today and tomorrow the exchange of switches to Desy.

XRO:
- Continuing the list of activities: due to the stop of cooling water the preparation of the re-installation of the bender in XTD2 is delayed. 
Lab is currently at 28C and when temperature is stable activities will resume. Only then will evaluate if intervention will be feasible or not.
- Tasks with EEE and motors will start next days.

LAS:
- Confusion with cooling water on lab area that was lost around 15:00 on Friday. Apart of that all is fine. XO will look into it when cooling water is back.

UNSYS:
- Two Apple-X undulators are in the shaft building for connecting vacuum pipes.
- Undulator SA#1-cell#33 to be moved to cell#2. Collimator/Pb shield was moved to downstream of Diagnostic Undulator.

SPB:
- Installations of hardware planned for this week.
- Working with EEE and others to get hardware moved to the new rack room.
- Needs to negotiate to keep vacuum running.

FXE:
- Not present.

MID:
- All fine at MID with maintenance works. 

HED:
- Laser interlock update at HED: laser interlock not functional this week;
- Tunnel activities by HED is done.

SCS:
- Activities are ongoing accordingly to the plan.
- Experimental chamber is moving to SCS hutch today.
- Contacted TS in order to run the air flow in the laser run (due to SXP installations): discussed and solved with Alexander K. (TS). About the rack room the 20C is running but rack rooms must be kept 
open. 
- Alarm of the Draeger cabinets appeared this morning but not yet understood.
