- A Vacuum issue in one of the dumps brought machine down at around 1:30AM. Only around 7AM machine could re-start running and tuning again.

operational again.

- One hiccup was an issue with Cluster on Saturday night. That remain for 5-6 hours but was fixed by K. Wrona, who says that it is linked to the high number of created files.
He increased it by a factor 10 to solve the issue. There are possibilities for improvements that will be discussed among HED, DA and ITDM. Similar experiment will happen again in two weeks.

- Next Monday it is planned the NOT-AUS experiment in the frame of Interlock tests and the emergency off will be disabled.
Only groups with EQP persons can continue working in the hutches. An e-mail was sent by TS.
- There will be test on smoke extraction in Tunnels on next Monday and Tuesday. Information was sent to Readiness mailing list.
- An e-mail to Readiness list was sent this morning regarding TUV/Interlock tests in SASE areas on July 1-3:
No access or work on the experimental and optics hutches is allowed in these days. More specific details will follow in the coming week.

- Harald Sinn inform on the first lasing for XFELO on Sunday morning shift; 100 bunches in the pulse train was giving synchrotron already on Saturday showing the cavity was aligned.
On Sunday was difficult to find FEL intensity but successful by ~14:30 while scanning cavity. After getting the signal, it was surprisingly stable and running well.

- A. Galler says the Interlock Tests schedule is placed at the EUXFEL Infrastructure Calendar.
Concerning the TUV tests at Schenefeld side, this happens between June 30th and July 2nd (the 2nd is a reserve date). When a detailed schedule is made, this will be

Tomasz J. asks on the effects for the PP-lasers when, e.g. triggering NOT-AUS. XO will enquire with Zunaira A.

- Remind on the Summer maintenance period: deadline to submit task list is April 30th. XO invite all groups to submit by this date.

- Remind on the update of some specific Karabo installations to fix bugs (Data logger installations) to start today (e-mail was sent to the readiness).
- Bunch pattern statistics devices need to be fixed today at the same time as the data loggers (relates to lose of time stamps in lasers).
- Upgrade on instruments are coordinated by ICIs; Updates of Mc2 motors today.
- Z. Ansari asks if updates of MID will affect interlocks as well; Valerii B. answers this is a Karabo update and not PLCs, so no effect is expected.
- On recent days CTRL finds Karabo broker pileup and this was successfully understood; DOC was preventively monitoring it and fixed it beforehand.

- Today 08:30 it was found SA1 tunnel racks lost power. The uTCAs were also down but not the one in room 1.14. It affected SA1 tunnels loops such as Vacuum and motion.
The guess is on a power glitch. XO will bring up to the machine side and eventually correlated with the Easter Sunday's event.

- Recovering the SA1 tunnel loops from 08:30 downtime. All seems to be fine right now.
- VAC asks if FXE is running cryo coolers. FXE tells they were running and will check the signals for possible issues.

- HIREX motors in SA1 were OFF this morning.

General Announcement:
- Machine status: SA2 is currently lasing @ 9keV and 2.5mJ. North Branch was closed yesterday and after a quick ZZ in XTD10 this morning the BBA and tuning will resume today and tomorrow.
- X-ray delivery tables for cw05 have been sent to the instruments and we thank to all that have already sent us a feedback.
- DOC will start next Monday. From MON-FRI from 9Am to 5PM. For the next weekend the photon staff in shift work shall send a ticket or only in case of urgent/critical matters call the DRC phone. The PLCs
are providing OCDs.
CTRL:
- Bassler cameras were migrated to Aravis library.
DA:
- Nothing to report.
EEE:
- ZZ is ongoing to check a faulty switch signal in XTD10.
VAC:
- Benoit R. is currently in the tunnel on the ZZ;
- VAC systems are all fine and ready to take beam.

- Aravis library installed and tested; all went fine.
- XTD6 ongoing tasks are under progress and may be finished already at the end of the day. If progress is made accordingly to the plan, XTD6 can be closed tomorrow.

- As aftermath of cooling water and air conditioning issues during maintenance: problems with misalignment of all lasers; LAS has troubles to align them.
- For SA2, LAS is confident will be fine with alignment. The SA3 is a bit behind of SA2;
- SA1 presents the biggest misalignment after T and H shock - long pump pulse. The 280kHz test is now in secondary priority. LAS will report day-by-day and is not so confident will be ready for instruments
in February.
UNSYS:
- Finished to install air coils in Apple-X.

- Done with SA1 and SA2 Karabo update; today proceeds the SA3 update, to be done by mid-late afternoon.

- uTCA updates have been performed in all SASEs; All system up and running.
- One small CPU needs manual intervention in tunnel.
- GATT loop update is up and running now.
- Wolfgang F. says the XFELO crate in SA1 has a crate not working; EEE is looking into it and CTRL is working on the new device. A ticket is created.
VAC:
- Ending most of tunnel activities (XTD2, XTD6 and XTD10) which progressed well. Seems to be all done by end of this week.
XPD:
- PES has been put back in tunnel: was connected and pumped; looks all fine so far and can be brought in operation.
- XFELO worked were done, just missing the ADC (see EEE report);
- Imagers work were done with good progress.

- Fix for the datalogger issue that was experienced after the deployment is created. To be applied tomorrow at 11:30. Very limited impact; only few mins downtime. An e-mail will be sent.

- Incident in balcony room with water leak: fixed on Friday.
- Delays for fast switch in SA2: finally done on Friday and shall be operational. Final checks to be done until Christmas.
- Incident with rack room (604): sensors were broken and temperature was raising. By 4-5AM on-site intervention. System is down but cooling started to work again.
XRO:
- Finished commissioning of exit slit in XTD10 (SQS/SXP) and operation tests to be done in January.
LAS:
- Issue with laser pattern (mentioned above in CTRL).
- Issue that brought down laser on Wed/Thu: to be followed up.
