- Pointing always had to be corrected at 7AM after beam back from night shift at FXE.
- Transmission with XPD last week: higher intensity at the calorimeter was seen (also high fluctuation 10-15%).

- Pump probe beam shape showed some problems. LAS will investigate today.

- Beam jitter in order of 50-100us is not like best performance seen last year.
