- Due to a failure alarm in the smoke extraction system in XTD6+8+9, Desy colleagues will need to reboot a crate and exchange one module. This will bring down the air conditioning for the tunnels during about two hours. The activity is scheduled for March 1^st starting at 11:30AM and it appears in the EuXFEL infrastructure calendar.

- It has been found a situation with one of the elevators to the XHEXP1 Hall. Due to corona regulations a maximum of 3 people is allowed simultaneously in the elevator. This number is indicated by signs/papers fixed nearby. However, someone unauthorized has modified the number “3” to an “8”. We are investigating the situation. The shields have been corrected back to “3” but we would like to remind signs and warnings must not be modified by unauthorized persons.

- Gerd W. informs that SXP chicane modification foreseen to take place today and tomorrow is shifted to Monday or Tuesday due to delays in delivery of components. Affected people have been contacted by PMO via but in case of issues with the new plan, please contact Gerd W.

- XRO implemented two-steps backlash corrections in SA3 (as done before in SA1): to solve the different positions after moving mirror.

- Analyzing to upgrade the broker pile-up issue at Karabo: probably to be fixed by next Monday.
- On the BAM monitor: few properties were changed in the DOOCS side. Changes are transparent to DAQ and all the data must be able to be stored. 
Problem appears when data shall be analyzed and then must be looked to the new DAQ. In case of issues please get in touch with CTRL.

DA:
- Maxwell GPFS access rights bug: patch was deployed on Monday and went successfully.

- Issues with Desy mobile phones: not all phones were equally affected. Issue seems to be fixed this morning.
- In SA2 the SRA slits were too wide open (probably from tuning times). They were closed yesterday night after users finished work.

- AGIPD detector at SPB: issue with one of 16 modules not sending data since yesterday. Investigation ongoing with DOC and experts. 
Jolanta S.-D. says that this is a new issue which happened twice yesterday and Desy is contacted. An intervention for the hardware during the blue week shall take place. It may be related to electronics 
outside detector.

ITDM: 
- Issue with "phantom" data appearing at DAQ in SA3 instrument: investigation shows it can't be reproduced; maybe it relates to data arriving earlier. It was only visible at DOOCS devices (Undulators 
device). Under further investigation by ITDM.

General Announcement:
- As PRC Jan G. says machine was tuned at 7keV for SA1 and SA2 and 700eV for SA3 with good performance. SASE tuning proceeded as planned with few issues blocking EPS. 
- Analyzed the effects of the 4mmm aperture at the end of the undulators in SA2: it is not exactly in the center where the FEL is lasing. 
It was found the FEL is well aligned at the IMG cross but is partially blocked by the pipe and is under discussion with RCs the next steps.
- Jan G. mention that one screen at SPB was in unclear state; also a software device was blocking beam in XTD9. A ticket was issued; initially the software blocking could not be identified. 
Solution was to close the XTD9 shutter. Steffen H. suggested to also contacting the DRC for urgent and the technical problem with clone device will be followed up.
