Groups are encouraged to communicate with other support groups beforehand.

CTRL:
- Misbehaving timing server at MID yesterday was initially solved by EEE. EEE replaced the hardware of the timing system itself but problem continued.
System seems now to be healthy but from time to time there are small timing interruptions. Investigation is ongoing and will be discussed in the digitizer meeting of Data
department.
- One CTRL ticket on Doocs device at SCS: it was a problem with custom installation. CTRL asks to be informed in case groups have custom installations. This may pose a
risk when deploying new updates.

DA:
- AGIPD train-ID issue: a small workaround until shutdown is in place. One has to set the individual channel and seems to be now working. Next intervention to take place
during Winter maintenance time.

action.

XRO:
- Nothing to report. Maurizio V. will follow the HED beam instability.

LAS:
- Affected by power glitch: all PP-lasers / AMPHOS went down and warmed. LAS would need a solution for power glitches, considering power backups, UPS or batteries, as the controllers for this type of the
pump goes down.
- Jan G. says that XPD has a bunch of unused UPS and could offer to LAS.

UNSYS:
- Problem with cell6#SA3 quad mover is solved. Coupler was exchanged and it works. UNSYS has more spare parts and is in touch with Beckhoff.
- Sara C. says P. Gessler informed Karen had problem when changing undulator energies. Suren A. could not find any issue with Doocs / Unsys side.

- Issue with mc2 motor (pop-up issue for step-up command): it has been identified and fixed. New version will be deployed in the shutdown. Workaround until then is to stop and restart device.

DA:
- On the slow migration/calibration at MID: it is understood as overload of cluster nodes responsible for migration; mitigated by adding two more nodes. Calibration services shall run better from now.

- Another PS (SA3/cell21) stopped working. Motor has to be replaced in a next ZZ (request placed).
Suren K. also says that the whole intersection is not working (not able to recover after restart the system - Quad stays in position for operation).
- SA1/cell14 a coupler of the undulator terminal was replaced.

SPB:

General Announcement:
- Wajid E. reminds DOC is not working this week but the DRC will take the calls over the week and redirect to respective OCD inside DATA department.
- Olivier M. mentions to use drc-xfel@xfel.eu for contacting the DRCs. However, the fastest way to communicate for urgent matters is using the regular DOC/DRC phone number.
- Martin D. updates the status of winter maintenance period:
1. MTLs are in general with lower quality as compared to previous maintenance time (e.g. starting and ending dates);
2. Groups will be contacted back by XO and meetings with groups will be scheduled in the coming days.
- A. Galler shows the TTFinfo/schedule to inform on the schedule for this Blue/FD week starting today.

CTRL:
- X-ray feedback device reported by MID: device did not provide feedback for beam position. A bug fix was applied and it worked.
CTRL proposes to apply to all other location today. No objections from the instruments appear during this meeting - so it will take place today.

DA:
- Nothing to report.

EEE:
- Nothing to report.

VAC:
- XTD6 was opened today for work on the high resolution Mono. It will stay open at least today and tomorrow.
- On Saturday VAC OCD approved to borrow a He bottle to MID. MID will return back to VAC today for He leak tests in tunnels.

XPD:
- Nothing to report.

DET:
- Nothing major to report.

ITDM:
- Nothing to report.

XRO:
- Mikako M. enquires on the Blue week schedule: A. Galler says that requesters that got beamtime granted must be informed already.

LAS:
- SA1 PP-laser will test the trigger delay;
- LAS is performing SA3 PPL tuning for handling laser to SQS instruments.
- A. Galler says that optical sync was lost during the weekend in all instruments. The RF sync was on 30fs RMS performance which could be used.
UNSYS:
- Request for access in SA3 was done (fixing PS motors in cell 20 and 21): mostly to be done tomorrow or Wednesday.

SPB:
- Nothing to report.

FXE:
- PP-laser sync problems (6x last week) with loosing timing. It put the PPODL device into Error state; it could be recovered automatically but the laser timing wasn't conserved.
So in about half the events the laser timing changed by 2-5 ns. Ticket was placed.

MID:
- Thanks to VAC for borrowing He bottle.
- Problems with optical sync; otherwise all fine.

HED:
- Nothing major to report.

SCS:
- Issues with Optical sync: drop happening on the Desy side (which do not have OCD on the weekend). After loosing Sync it took long to recover synchronization. At total about 15hs of beamtime was lost.
- There is no good alarm system indicating the sync was lost. This can be addressed at EuXFEL side. Steffen H. adds that a ticket is ongoing now and a good way for displaying will be worked out.

- Nothing to report.
