- Martin Doering informs on the winter maintenance period: XO will publish the final task list on next Friday. For next Monday a short presentation will be done in the XO Integration meeting.
- As PRC, F. Wolff-Fabris says many machine downtimes happened since yesterday afternoon due to the trip in one LLRF station, the A6.
This early morning an intervention was done to reduce the gradient from 620MV to 530MV. Observation in coming hours will say if this has helped to suppress or decrease the ammount of trips.

CTRL:
- News on HED VAC loop6: interlock condition was flickering. Together with HED and EEE it was found the reason and update will be done soon.

DA:
- Calibration team: two weeks ago it was introduced a picture for automatic correction. MyMdc system is still showing bugs and permanent solution is being worked out.

General Announcement:
- Wajid E. reminds DOC is not working this week but the DRC will take the calls over the week and redirect to respective OCD inside DATA department.
- Olivier M. mentions to use drc-xfel@xfel.eu for contacting the DRCs. However, the fastest way to communicate for urgent matters is using the regular DOC/DRC phone number.
- Martin D. updates the status of winter maintenance period:
1. MTLs are in general with lower quality as compared to previous maintenance time (e.g. starting and ending dates);
2. Groups will be contacted back by XO and meetings with groups will be scheduled in the coming days.
- A. Galler shows the TTFinfo/schedule to inform on the schedule for this Blue/FD week starting today.

CTRL:
- X-ray feedback device reported by MID: device did not provide feedback for beam position. A bug fix was applied and it worked.
CTRL proposes to apply to all other location today. No objections from the instruments appear during this meeting - so it will take place today.

DA:
- Nothing to report.

EEE:
- Nothing to report.

VAC:
- XTD6 was opened today for work on the high resolution Mono. It will stay open at least today and tomorrow.
- On Saturday VAC OCD approved to borrow a He bottle to MID. MID will return back to VAC today for He leak tests in tunnels.

XPD:

LAS:
- SA1 PP-laser will test the trigger delay;
- LAS is performing SA3 PPL tuning for handling laser to SQS instruments.
- A. Galler says that optical sync was lost during the weekend in all instruments. The RF sync was on 30fs RMS performance which could be used.
UNSYS:
- Request for access in SA3 was done (fixing PS motors in cell 20 and 21): mostly to be done tomorrow or Wednesday.

SPB:
- Nothing to report.

FXE:
- PP-laser sync problems (6x last week) with loosing timing. It put the PPODL device into Error state; it could be recovered automatically but the laser timing wasn't conserved.
So in about half the events the laser timing changed by 2-5 ns. Ticket was placed.

MID:
- Thanks to VAC for borrowing He bottle.
- Problems with optical sync; otherwise all fine.

HED:
- Nothing major to report.

SCS:
- Issues with Optical sync: drop happening on the Desy side (which do not have OCD on the weekend). After loosing Sync it took long to recover synchronization. At total about 15hs of beamtime was lost.
- There is no good alarm system indicating the sync was lost. This can be addressed at EuXFEL side. Steffen H. adds that a ticket is ongoing now and a good way for displaying will be worked out.

SQS:

General Announcement:
- XFEL got 12 bottles of He gas (50 l; 200 bar) which are connected to the central supply. Only SA1 will receive He gas from central gas supply in order to guarantee the run until the end of 2022.
The pressure in the line will be monitored and the valve will close if unexpected drop happens. If one needs He gas please get in touch with XO.
- Winter maintenance task list: XO has received almost all lists apart of two of them. Groups missing shall submit the maintenance task list as soon as possible.
- Zunaira A. informs that if SEPS/AIBS is triggered (like last Saturday event) the procedure is to send an e-mail to rpo@xfel.eu.

CTRL:
- Follow-up of MID mirror feedback: problem is hard to replicate; yesterday happened again and recovered itself. MID reports it is stuck at exactly this moment. CTRL will investigate.
- Zunaira A. says on the aftermath of the Saturday AIBS alarm many automatic e-mails are kept to be sent and only today an e-mail saying problem is solved was sent.
Steffen H. comments that it was informed that a test of the system has to be done due to an occurring bug and currently it has to be manually reset. The test is to take place in winter maintenance time.

DA:

the confirmation if they take place depends on the actual time available for the work.
A. Galler informs that a presentation wad done in this meeting series and also to the STGL who shall also communicate to their respective groups. It is also perfectly fine to mention that a task may not be
carried out if it depends on timing plan. In any updates XO will inform via e-mails to xo-info or directly with affected groups.
