- Automatic Power Switch Testing was done yesterday. The switches are working as expected and a protocol has been produced. Torsten Schoen informs this test is done every 4 years; from now on equipment can be connected again to the orange and green power outlets.

- Re-start of the accelerator takes place from last Monday. Currently the setup of the injector and LINAC is ongoing. There are no changes to the last plan for closing dates of the photon tunnels.

Crystal was inserted this morning into beam by Unsys staff using the local controls. Roll angle can not be seen in the camera, only Y and X-axis can be seen in camera with accuracy of 0.5mm.

- uTCA crate of SA2 balcony room is not reachable. A quick fix on Friday was not successful and EEE needs to power cycle or replace the whole crate.

- (Note after meeting: the power cycle of the actual crate will be done today after lunch. If this does not helps then immediately exchange of crate will be done

- After closing tunnels, it will allow beam in MID certainly and to HED we will look after the re-alignment of the mirror (to be scheduled). Maurizio V. is open to

- SCS/XGM presents issues with interlocks being activated due to pressure levels. This required intervention from expert. 
If this happens in the middle of the night, SCS proposes to develop an automated way to reset it or to be trained by XPD experts. XO, SCS and XPD will follow up. 
- Extra-foam: SCS asks on the possibility for access to remote users. DA says is under discussion between DA and ITDM to extend the service but no decision has been made. 
It will anyway need access to online clusters.  

SQS:

General Announcement:
- Status of machine: a lot of work was done last days on laser injector and RF jitter; all seems to be OK and improvement were done. 
Concluded that electron beam shape is now Gaussian and right now SASE is being tuned. Aim is to have about 2mJ in SA1 and 1mJ in SA2 at 9keV. Beam to be handled to the instruments on Thursday morning, as 
planned.
- MID HED asked on use of HXRSS this week/next week. To be discussed at the daily Ops meeting today.

CTRL:
- Investigating the MOV loop in SA3 watchdog. 

DA:

EEE:
- Routine checks in rack for instruments (currents for ground lines). One rack presented an issue and today there is a plan to disconnect the wrong wiring line and a second power will be installed. 
No impact shall be seen on motors using 40V at SQS.

- If HED or MID goes to use seeding then N. Kujala has to setup the Hirex.

- Deployment announcement: there are two more motors to be updated on ARAVIS cameras (photonic and Bassler). CTRL proposes to do this afternoon. 
Cameras devices will be down after update, aimed to enable train-ID corrections. Please instruments check on Tuesday if cameras are back.

DA:

EEE:
- uTCA CPU in SA1 balcony room is not reachable. Bruno F. is investigating.
- CPU of LOOP16-SQS is not reachable. Nerea J. will check it today.
- Issues with LPD and AGIPD are being tested in the lab and the check at FXE will be done later today.

VAC:
- Some OCD calls related to instability of SA3 vacuum loop. DOC is informed and shall be working on that.

ME:
- Alberto De Fanis asked if ME is present, willing to discuss topics. A. Galler says group was around a couple of times and if groups have questions please use this meeting series to address.

XPD:
- No issue to report.
- Steffen H. will check if some XPD tunnel devices are affected by the ARAVIS update.

DET:

ITDM: 
- Influx problem on Thursday (disabling live-view on Karabo): with help of Influx data support this was fixed. The cluster is up and running well. 
The part of the old data during the time it was down was written by Grafana and will be synchronized back to the cluster during this week (tests are needed).
- Following on Friday for the Influx third node that went down (not related to the previous incident): DOC was blind for a couple of hours. Investigation ongoing. It's not related to Grafana. 
Instruments were not affected.
- Reminder of reviewing and closing proposals for the second half of this year. Please look at the sent e-mail and make a cleanup. 

XRO:
- Not present.

LAS:
- All PP-lasers are running.

UNSYS:
- Issue with phase shifter in SA3 for the 3keV use: problem is that at 14 GeV the tables of phase shifters go to 25.3mm gap and this is in the upper limit for making 3 keV. 
Phase shifter tables will be extended to a larger gap. Better to use 3keV at higher electron energies.
- For the UOM's mention on the update of phase shifters on the chicanes, this has to be prioritized. XO will discuss with Sara C.

SPB:
- Minor issues with SPB imager being saturated. A. Koch adds that it will be followed up and he is aware and will analyze better.
- Organization limitation: RF discussion for last weekend. The BKR / Operators were not aware they would use 404 bunches and costed 2 hours.

FXE:
- Nothing to report.

MID:
- All fine at MID.
- Laser went down for 12 hours due to the issues with HED interlocks on Wednesday (action taken due to the restart of laser interlock performed by SRP).

HED:
- Not present.

SCS:
- Issue on the scanning speed of monochromator. Parameters will be adjusted with Marijan S. today.

SQS:
- Loop for moving DSSC got a fault but has been addressed by EEE.

General Announcement:
- XO reminds staff to check the safety trainings and the DACHS access rights/permissions for the tunnels when planning tunnel accesses during the maintenance period. 
- A. Galler asks all instruments who work with X-ray beam that in case it is found any damaged component, please take a snapshot and post in the operation e-log. 
This allows to get known prior/during the maintenance period.
- Last UOM prior maintenance period takes place next Friday. 

CTRL:
- For the maintenance period: CTRL will send around the Karabo schedule for updates such as MC2 motors. CTRL will get also in touch with affected people.
- Macro update announcement on Monday will not take place anymore.

- EEE is gathering and scheduling all shutdown tasks and will start next week with tunnel works.

HED:
- Issue with camera at 10:30PM. It Needed to be power cycled. Steffen H. says that the camera worked this morning. Maybe case is already solved. One will keep an eye if 
it happens again.

SCS:
- Issue with Interlock mentioned by LAS. Pouneh S. is working on it.

SQS:
- User operation this week including optical laser. 
- Thomas B. says SQS struggles with temporal overlap but spatial overlap is fine. They have first to find clear signal to investigate more on the temporal overlap.
