Access request to Harald Sinn. Works during the shutdown have to be reported to Harald Sinn and Dirk Nölle for scheduling.

I tried to update the TAS to include the times for each XTD during the shutdown-week at the beginning of July. It is currently not entirely clear when XTD9 and XTD10 will be searched, and as always this is subject to change...

I received updates from DESY (M. Hüning) about how the access to the southern tunnels is being restricted in the next months, due to interlock tests etc., and included it in the TAS. Please check, if you have work to be done in these tunnels:

In addition it should be tried to have a so called "Happy Hour" every day from 0800 - 1000. During this time loops should be up if possible. Meaning that in the evening before leaving, developers bring loops back up.
