Wednesday Loop down. AE adds ELMO and TECHNOSOFT Loop up for testing AE brings up loop  
Thursday Loop down. AE adds ELMO and TECHNOSOFT Loop up for testing AE brings up loop

In addition it should be tried to have a so called "Happy Hour" every day from 0800 - 1000. During this time loops should be up if possible. Meaning that in the evening before leaving, developers bring loops back up.
