General Announcement:
- Wajid E. reminds DOC is not working this week but the DRC will take the calls over the week and redirect to respective OCD inside DATA department.
- Olivier M. mentions to use drc-xfel@xfel.eu for contacting the DRCs. However, the fastest way to communicate for urgent matters is using the regular DOC/DRC phone number.
- Martin D. updates the status of winter maintenance period:
1. MTLs are in general with lower quality as compared to previous maintenance time (e.g. starting and ending dates);
2. Groups will be contacted back by XO and meetings with groups will be scheduled in the coming days.
- A. Galler shows the TTFinfo/schedule to inform on the schedule for this Blue/FD week starting today.
CTRL:
- X-ray feedback device reported by MID: device did not provide feedback for beam position. A bug fix was applied and it worked.
CTRL proposes to apply to all other location today. No objections from the instruments appear during this meeting - so it will take place today.
DA:

EEE:

VAC:

- A. Galler says that optical sync was lost during the weekend in all instruments. The RF sync was on 30fs RMS performance which could be used.
UNSYS:
- Request for access in SA3 was done (fixing PS motors in cell 20 and 21): mostly to be done tomorrow or Wednesday.
SPB:
- Nothing to report.
FXE:
- PP-laser sync problems (6x last week) with loosing timing. It put the PPODL device into Error state; it could be recovered automatically but the laser timing wasn't conserved.
So in about half the events the laser timing changed by 2-5 ns. Ticket was placed.
MID:

General Announcement:
- Announcement: September 30th is the deadline for submitting the Maintenance task list. So far XO received 3 lists.
- Maurizio V. informs that this moment some groups are not yet aware of the 03.12 electrical intervention. The Maintenance time is therefore shorted. XRO will place in task list all planned activities but
the confirmation if they take place depends on the actual time available for the work.
A. Galler informs that a presentation wad done in this meeting series and also to the STGL who shall also communicate to their respective groups. It is also perfectly fine to mention that a task may not be
carried out if it depends on timing plan. In any updates XO will inform via e-mails to xo-info or directly with affected groups.
CTRL:
- Nothing major to report. Follow-up today with MID (on the feedback mirror) in live session.

HED:
- Done with compensation to users beamtime; currently changing setup for next user and will not use beam during the day and only few bunches tonight.
SCS:
- Experiment running: no issues.

- A. Galler reminds that September 30th is the deadline to submit the winter maintenance period task list. For questions please contact Martin Doering.
- As PRC, Jan G. reports that machine worked nicely without issues last week.
One issue in photon side was the malfunction of a mirror feedback in SA2 (issues that sometimes it suddenly stops after many hours of working); Another was a small SCS vacuum issue was reported and solved.
CTRL:
- Nothing to report.

MID:
- Feedback mirror issue on Saturday; it was fixed on Sunday. Wajid E. comments it needs beam to further investigate; may be triggered by the Imager.
CTRL will discuss offline with MID (it needs beam to further test). Jan G. points an e-log entry was done documenting the issue.
- GPFS issue happening.
- Continuously had to re-start the AGIPD pipeline (used as monitoring). P. Schmidt says that a fix may exist and additional investigation has to take place; mostly related to the wrong train-IDs.
Jolanta A.-D. says it it is a similar problem already known at SCS and it has to filter the train in the analysis. DET and EEE shall further investigate.
