Went with Mykola to XHE1, checking the content of two FXE stored boxes.

The two boxes can be (not final yet) disposed.

One "Umluftrohr" at SA2 close to the stairs of laser room A.23 seems to leak air.

When first time happened TS colleagues said it is not a problem. Nevertheless TS should be informed.

Removed from the experiment hall all the empty cardboard boxes scattered around.

Sorted out various screws in boxes and cabinets.

Wrote down the list of content for the blue cabinet.

Went with Yevheniy and Sergei to XHE1. They dismount and took some controllers and cables from the COMO setup.

Supported SCS in dismounting and craning a chamber and its support plates in the SCS experiment hutch.

► The warning acoustic signal was activated (the Klimaanlage, X.TL_XHEXP1_D02 at the end of SA1, roof). Muted it, not a problem, still TS informed since O. Engelmann was onsite (see pic).

► FXE: For Monday, 15.05, the dewars # 25581 and # 25085 to be refilled. Contact M.Knoll or P. Frankenberger for the time to pick it up (since they do not have Zugang to the LKW Schleuse). They will need only one, ask which exactly they need.

► Brought the Wasserbehälter and a a pallet with Kabeln into the LKW Schleuse, which were at XTD8 and belonged to TS (see pic).

► Removed from the hall and disposed a useless pallet which was located in front of the Pulserraum (see pic).

► Thomas Baumann gave me a box with consumables/screws (see pic).

► Sorted out almost all the "Gewindestifte" and labeled them.

► Sorted out a lot of nuts and washers (Sascha please name them, I don't know their names :-)) see pic.

► SQS: The chiller at SQS is running very hot, currently at 21:35 is by 36.3°C. A ventilator is nonstop trying to "cool down". No one from SQS now present (see pics 1 and 2)

► SCS: L.Adriano wants to bring a  Werkzeugschrank and a Rollwagen (inkl. the box with liquid gases and accessories/supplies) into the shaft building. Transport on Tuesday at around 13:00. He also mentioned that he has 1-2 cabinets, to give us, but needs to check first where they are

► MID: They will dismount the clean tent located near their hutch (close to the yellow beam pipes). Sascha will support with craning on 24.05.2023 at ca. 13:00. Also they will remove/dispose non usable things from the hall. (see pics 4 and 5)

► ITDM: The waste of the IBM computers u.ä. was disposed.

► Consumables: The grey box is completely finished, :-) . Sascha please name them (I placed already the yellow sticky note to the drawer nr.4). Sorting out is almost at the end.

► SPB/SFX:  gave to XHCrew (more or less sorted out) various screws and Gewindestifte (pic. 1). Sorted them out in boxes and placed in the cabinet (pic.2, pic.3).

► SQS:        I gave back the Rollwagen (placed it by the door near the control hutch).

► SCS:        Needs our support by next week. The plan "when will happen what and who is needed when" will be sent soon by Jan Torben.

► TS:          The elevator near the LKW Schleuse seemed to have some real troubles. A Redmine Ticket already sent to TS bzw. Süleyman.

The S. Arslan answer of the Redmine Ticket  concerning the elevator (see pic below). And today the elevator was again out of order, see the previous entry frpm S. Menzel.

The elevator in TH2 is again <Out of Order>.  The door doesn't close and it got stuck in U3.

S.Arslan (in cc.L.Kersting) were informed via email.

Still called S.Arslan to notify the staff via email, as well as to talk to the "Lutzaufzüge" technicians. Süleyman called back, a technician from "Lutz" will possibly come (until now not yet here).
