One "Umluftrohr" at SA2 close to the stairs of laser room A.23 seems to leak air.
When first time happened TS colleagues said it is not a problem. Nevertheless TS should be informed. |

The chiller at SQS is running very hot, currently at 21:35 is by 36.3°C. A ventilator is nonstop trying to "cool down". No one from SQS now
