The door of the SCS rack room is functional again.

The cause of the SCS rack room door jamming was a piece of cardboard that was inserted into the door latch opening by a person. That has been removed and the door is working again.

A pallet with waste from HiBEF was removed from the hall and disposed.

A rack to give away from HiBEF has found a new owner , the SQS (N.Rennhack).

Contacted SQS (N.Rennhack) and suggested solution  for three chemical kanisters "Thermal G for Julabo" located at the entrance of their hutch.

They have been removed from there, and are now located in the chemicals' storage.

HiBEF had a Gitterbox with various bellows and pipes to give away.

SQS is now the new owner. :-) Are now stored in SQS labs in the E floor.

V. Vardanyan asked for the XHCrew support in craning in the SXP experiment hutch. Will meet him on 15.12 for further details.

On the roof of the MID exp. hutch one of the pumps is making  strange loud noises (laut zischen). The display is off, same as the other pump close to that (which is switched off).

Contacted/called Andreas Schmidt, he assumed that, that is not good with the pump, but cannot solve the problem because he is in home office today and directed me to A.Bartmann.

Tried to reach A. Bartmann, without success (for the moment).

-----10:15----: Reached A. Bartmann, problem solved. Er hat die Stickstoffleitung ausgestellt.

Bianca (VAC) wanted some of the Hera clean tent curtains (currently in XHE1) here in campus (in order to make a Gehäuse for the dewars, sie hatte schon mit Lorenz darüber gesprochen).

Went together there and brought 15 pieces here, stored now in the VAC lab.

Contacted S. Göde from HED to remove from the hall the wooden pallet with big empty boxes, currently located in front of the MID hutch. He/his colleagues will do so, and also a big wooden empty box (located next to this pallet)  belongig to HED will get removed from the hall.

Also, talked to him about the coffee corner in front of the HED hutch, which is untidy and still with rest boiled coffee from the last user run and unwashed cups. He will take care of that quite soon.

-> The pallet with empty Kartonkisten as well as the other one with the big empty wooden box are removed from the hall (carried out by the HED colleagues).

-> The coffee rests and dirty mugs were cleaned up (carreied out by the HED colleagues).

Lights in the experiment hall needed to be exchanged, and in the SA1 and SA2, three of them were not working.

Torsten Schön was informed already last year, and in the RedMine he replied today following:

"The first row, between northern outer wall and SASE3 has been exchanged with the new lights for testing. The new lights are accepted and ordered. Delivery time 6 weeks at least."

SQS requested the following support  from XHCrew:

Thursday and Friday of next week SQS expect to carry on some installation works in their hutch with expected activities:

- To make modifications to an existing frame
- To assemble a new frame
- Support with craning into the hutch of COMO source

In the balcony between SA4 and SA5 an acousitic signal was triggered. It is nothing serious (automatische Wartung, every 300 hours?)  TS gets the notification anyway.

The acoustic signal was muted.

Went with Lorenz to XHE1 and discussed the structuring of XHE1 and the future Lagerhalle in Ütersen. The few empty boxes of the instruments as well as parts/materials which will not be used within 1 year by the instruments, will be placed in the new Lagerhalle in Ütersen.

Waste and unknown stuff in XHE1, which is there before XHCrew time will be sorted out by TS.

In the still Außerlager near Campus recently there is one Werkzeugschrank dazu gekommen. This we will take on Tusday, 14.02 for the Storage Center of Consumables under XHCrew hutch.

MID (K.Sukharnikov)  asked for our support for the Change of Configuration in their hutch. This will take place next week Thursday, 16.02.2023 after the Hall Organization Meeting (around 10:15)

We got a cabinet from EEE which would be brought in the consumables' storage under the XHCrew hutch.

They will give us two more in the near future.
