Concerning eLog entry #59, SPB PopIn:
The problem of the motor position, driving to the OUT position is fixed.
The MDL for driving the screens is correctly working again. |

SPB pop-in monitor was not dricing to the switch when we retracted it to the "out " position with the MDL this morning. This prevented us to use more than two pulses. We have moved the motor one step of 300 um up, which activated the switch and relased the interlock. This should however be fixed so that the "out" position in the MDL works as expected and the motor operates reliably. |

self-seeding level in SA2 is currently very low (~100 uJ, about 50% in the pedestal), need more information on how to proceed - is there any chance to improve the seeding, or should we consider going to sase operation. |

Achievements/Observations
- Experimental setup optimized, both instrumental side and PIXIE side
- X-ray beam focused to the PIXIE and transmission measurement was done with several different PIXIE operation conditions.
Issues
- No beam for ~4.5 hours due to ZZ.
- X-ray beam not found with IRDa InlineMic after focusing X-ray beam to IRDa sample plane.
- InlineMic Y motor is in error states. It has to be fixed during the day.
- upstream kapton window for the downstream vacuum pipe broken. The glue has become loose. No damage by X-ray was visible.

During last night, apparently the photon beam was down in all SASE beamlines during two longer periods:
- between 2:48am and 3h23am (35 min) on 14.4.2025
- between 5:09am and 6h59am (1 hour 50 min) on 14.4.2025
