Filled one Dewar for SEC #25584

R+K Profil abgelängt, zwei Winkel angeschraubt und einen Schlauchhalter anmontiert. Das ganze dann zwischen ein bestehendes Bauteil eingesetzt und verschraubt.

Filled two Dewars for VAC, one small, one large.

Zwei weitere Schlauchhalter montiert und dazu vorher noch ein R+K Profil auf Länge zugeschnitten und montiert.

Den Roten Lastkran für FXE in die EXP Hall gebracht und neben den Hochregalstapler gestellt.

Den roten Lastkran per Gabelstapler zurück ins XHE2 gebracht und A. Schmidt darüber informiert.

Die Hilti Spende in die Zubehörschubladen eingeräumt. Die Gewindestangen die dabei waren teils zu denen von SCS gestellt und kürzere ins Regal unter die Treppe eingeräumt.

The two Helmholtz coils have been transported into the shaftbuliding: XHE1.

The cold trap and all the contaminated components (SQS) have being placed in the small washing machine of the vacuum lab.

SCS needs the Hall Crew support for today late afternoon and tomorrow.

SQS asked for Hall Crew support for the comming two weeks.

A.Schmidt has a vaccum part to store in XHE1, and another box with a component inside can also be stored in XHE1 (for this still to talk with G. Ansaldi).

S.Menzel and M. Lüdeke will be from 19.09-23.09 on a training outside XFEL.

12:45 -> Meeting Gabriele Ansaldi and O.Bilani about the pallet containing "MID AGIPD Stainless Steel Cover" (QR: 37702) located in the XHEXP1.

            Together we decided to bring it in the Warehouse (short term storage) and O.Bilani will provide Gabriele the updated status.

            Already brought by Hall Crew in the Warhouse and Stefan Quast updated it in XIM.

10:30 -> Discussion between Andreas Schmidt und O.Bilani about a box containing a flange from HED (long term storage).

             Decided to store it in XHE1 (QR:44463 )

            The Hall Crew will take care about the transport into XHE1 (for the current status, see entry of S.Menzel)

Support of the SQS with:

- dismounting of coils in the big coils' frame

- Tischfuss: brought into the workshop (M. Schrage)  two times  (gefräst 0.2mm and then again 0.1mm more)

- AQS chamber, dismounted, craned and mounted/attached  to another chamber

- Tomorrow more...

Tobias Bartsch wird bis ende nächste Woche die Gasschränke in SA1 and SA3 prüfen (die TüVs sind fällig).

-> Completed the building up of the vacuum pump and mounted it in the beamline (pic.a and b).

-> Craned and mounted (attached) the 1D XUV spectrometer (from Uppsala) into the beamline (pic.c and d).

SQS asks for support to transport from Experimental Hall to XHE1 the following components:

-> Cluster source  with QR44455
-> The DSSC components: QR 47932,  QR 47938

Yevheniy will clairify, if  the racks with QR 47938 and  QR47932 (part of DSSC), have to be transported to XHE1 or not.

FXE (P.Frankenberger, M.Knoll)  needs our support on craning Kappa Goniometer (ca.180kg) and attaching it into the beamline. Since the space is quite limited, one would need a special crane (the manual one that HiBEF has left to HallCrew to be used by all instruments when needed, which unfortunately, due to a leak problem, is out of service; the talk between S.Arslan and T. Toncian is still pending).

The support is needed on 10.10.2022, where only M.Lüdeke is available from Hall Crew and maybe P.Zalden from FXE (all the rest are on vacation).

We will discuss on Tuesday, 4.10., with S. Arslan to find a solution on time.
