SPB pop-in monitor was not dricing to the switch when we retracted it to the "out " position with the MDL this morning. This prevented us to
use more than two pulses. We have moved the motor one step of 300 um up, which activated the switch and relased the interlock. This should however be fixed
so that the "out" position in the MDL works as expected and the motor operates reliably. |

self-seeding level in SA2 is currently very low (~100 uJ, about 50% in the pedestal), need more information on how to proceed - is there any chance to
improve the seeding, or should we consider going to sase operation. |

SASE1 pulse energy drops slowly three times
SASE1 XGM detects three times during the morning some slow drop in puls
energies from the SASE1 undulator.
The machine cannot find any correlation with any electron diagnostics. |
