Mit O.Engelmann (TS) um 14:00 Uhr an der XHCrew Hütte getroffen und über die Installation der Beleuchtung und Steckdosen im Gitter gesprochen. Es werden 4 Leuchten und eine Steckdosenleiste am 24.11 von IMD installiert

SPB/SFX: Transport of a big optical table from the exp.hall  to XHE1. Alreaday craned from XHCrew and S.Arslan and is now in the LKW Schleuse.

HiBEF: J. Hauser wants a component back in the exp.hall. (Will come back today with other parts to be stored in the XHE1, needs support with XIM). The other components would be transported in another day to XHE1).

Die Teile für den Reinraum der in der SCS Hutch gebaut werden soll von XHPSC in die LKW Schleuse transportiert und von dort aus in die Halle gekrant. Die Teile befinden sich jetzt im SCS Bereich in der Halle.

17.11.2022: Email von Jan Torben - SCS Kammer verschieben. Wurde heute Morgen erledigt.

Am 15.11 hat S.Arslan in der SXP Hutch das Mikroskop auf dem frame mittels Kran angehoben und es für einen Strahlversuch angeschlagen gelassen. Heute 17.11 hat die XHCrew mittels Kran das Mikroskop wieder in vorherige Position gebracht und befestigt. Anschläge demontiert und verräumt.

A zoom discussion with A. Reich from SCS.

SCS needs the support of the XHCrew starting from monday afternoon next week, in craning in their hutch the plates for the cleanroom. Also in building up the clean room in their hutch, our support is asked.

Further detIails will be discussed on monday in person.

C.Bähtz needs a temporary space in the hall, to place the materials (5 palltes and a 4m long frame) which be used during the buildiing up of the Pulserraum.

Delivery expected latest in January 2023.

Since no space is given without making space, he together with J.Hauser will sort out and remove from the hall parts and materials which are no longer needed there. :-)

TS (A.Kondraschew, D. Tscherwitschka) contacted for temporarily space in the hall.

They need to place the materials which will be used during the maintanance period. Currently these are located near and under the stairs of the XHVrew Hutch.

Under the XHallCrew office  lights have been installed and are functional.

HiBEF colleauges (mainly J.Hauser) are cleaning up the spaces from the materials which no longer are needed in the hall.

They are preparing a 1-2 pallets with waste.

Many components will be stored in the shaft building XHE1 (will support them  wth Redmine Ticket and QR codes).

Meanwhile the "Montagehilfe für Cryofan" QR 47620 has been used and can be brought back to XHE1.

Until the end of the year SCS needs back from XHE1 to XHEXP1 the components (QR 44265, QR 49608, QR 49609 and QR 49620).

Further, other components will be stored in the XHE1. Details will follow by next week.

Together with T.Mazza checked the COMO source, which is located in XHE1.

This will be brought back in January in XHEXP1, details will follow in due time.

The door of the SCS Rack Room can't open, even when activation with the DACHS card shows a green light. It seems to be stucked.

S.Arslan informed via Redmine Ticket.

The door of the SCS rack room is functional again.

The cause of the SCS rack room door jamming was a piece of cardboard that was inserted into the door latch opening by a person. That has been removed and the door is working again.

A pallet with waste from HiBEF was removed from the hall and disposed.

A rack to give away from HiBEF has found a new owner , the SQS (N.Rennhack).

Contacted SQS (N.Rennhack) and suggested solution  for three chemical kanisters "Thermal G for Julabo" located at the entrance of their hutch.

They have been removed from there, and are now located in the chemicals' storage.

HiBEF had a Gitterbox with various bellows and pipes to give away.

SQS is now the new owner. :-) Are now stored in SQS labs in the E floor.

V. Vardanyan asked for the XHCrew support in craning in the SXP experiment hutch. Will meet him on 15.12 for further details.
