Discussed with T.Mazza on Monday, 30.10.2023, about storing temporarily in XHE1 the wooden boxes of an equipment they recevied recently. 

They should be stored until the equipment is tested and working, so that if something goes wrong, it can be shipped to the manufacturer with the original Verpackung 

If all fine, they will be disposed, most probably by the end of winter maintenance period.

With P. Vagovic, SPB/SFX, sorted out components and trash from the hall.

Brought the table and the small box (Pic.1) to their Lab 303.

Discarded the things on the trolley and the black transport box was placed near SEC lab, 400 area (Pic.2).

Eine Edelstahlleitung gekürzt und auf Maaß gebogen, diverse Adapter und eine Flexschlauch an die Leitung montiert. Die fertige Leitung angeschlossen und an das R+K Gestell befestigt. Die Leitung und Adapter kamen von P.Schmidt (TS).

Together with P. Vagovic, made ready to transport to XHE1 an optical table (QR 49889)  and a detector assembly (QR 49890), and  supported on their XIM entries.

The transport will take place on Monday, 13.11.2023.

Two pipe transport trolleys  (QR 44462) were transported from external storage Ütersen to LKW Schleuse from TS colleagues. The third one will be transported tomorrow.

Trolleys brought to the experiment hall and placed in the Vacuum assembly area. 

SXP support yesterday (M. Izquierdo) and today (V.Vardanyans) with practical things :-)

Craned the Julabo chiller up to the rarck room for SPB/SFX.

It will be shipped to the manufacturer for repair.

Brought Back from XHE1 into the Experiment Hall the "PAM - Chambers".

"Montagehilfe für Cryofan" brought down from the Laser room of HED/HiBEF to the assembly area of HiBEF. 

Mounted partly together and will be transported (next week) back to the external storage in Ütersen.

R. Shayduk  wanted urgently the vacuum steel cover and didn't really know its location and QR code.

This was stored  in our Warehouse in September 2022 (G. Ansaldi, O. Smith and O. Bilani) , QR 37702.

Informed Roman about that, and he will pick it up tomorrow in the Warehouse.

Supported SQS with grouting in their hutch.

Following instruments need XHCrew support next week:

SQS: transport from LKW Schleuse to the hall (Wednesday 9:30) and craning/assembly activities in the hutch (days not known yet)

SCS: Moving with airpads and mounting of a chamber in their hutch (Tuesday - Wednesday)

FXE: Bring down to the with the forklift their Julabo Chiller from the rack room (Wednesday or Thursday)

VAC: Spetec, Maik and Sascha in XHE3 (measurements/tests for the filter units of the clean tents)  (Monday between 9:00 and 10:00)

Diverse Gewinde mit dem Gewindeschneider nachgeschnitten. 4 Standfüße zusammen gebaut und auf Maaß an montiert.

Refilled the LN2 dewar  # 44229 for H. Han.

Für SCS eine Kammer auf Air cushion mit Druckluft  aus der SCS Hutch zur Area transportiert und eine andere Kammer auf dem gleichen Weg zurück in dei Hutch transportiert.
