Vacuum loop is up and running, we would wait till Raul check the interlock of the "OK" signal for the Vacuum and then, if everything is correct, we would put again the XGM controlled by the Vacuum PLC.

It is needed to add two digital input terminals in Rack 1.17 and 1.18 in XTD9 for the vacuum loop, and Denis will do it in the next minutes. Therefore you will loose communication for those motion racks.

We have detected with Karabo guys that there was a problem in the IonPumps in SASE1. The IonPumps are working, Raúl went to the Tunnel to check the controllers in XTD9 to confirm that.

According with Raúl and CAS people, we have arranged to do the next Vacuum update tomorrow early in the morning. I will post a new entry to let you know and I will contact now WP74 people in order to be quickly with the loop update tomorrow.

The first EtherCAT coupler in 1.7 VAC was broken and is replaced now. The loop is up and running again.

The vacuum loop is up and running again, with the version 1.11.4.

Denis Finze will connect the shutter signals of the XS3 shutter to the vacuum loop in rack 1.7.

V0 is open now!

Janni opened this morning at 11:00 the V0 valve towards the accelerator vacuum.

We removed the B4C absorber in front of the valve and now the spontaneous radiation can enter the Schenefeld vacuum. 

The interlock conditions for Vacuum loop and EPS loops towards the DESY MPS were tested and they are now enabled. 

This means that rebooting SA1 VACUUM  or EPS loop will stop the beam during the reboot (therefore call 4500 before you do it).
