SXP had a leaking issue from their ventile (Hahn). It couldn't be exchanged so quick, since they had to order a new one. P. Schmidt sugessted that a dewar with "Schlauch" should solve in a short time the problem. Thus the two dewars filled by P. Schmidt on Monday, are not needed any more.

Filled one dewar with "Schlauch" for SXP.

-> Emptied a (more or less broken) table located in the experiment hall (at their small assembly area) and disposed it.

Filled  LN2 Dewar #25576 for SXP.

-> Emptied another (more or less broken) table located in the experiment hall (at SXP small assembly area) and disposed it.

-> V. Vardanyan placed in SXP cabinets most of the content of the SXP boxes in the Hall.

-> Brought to the 2nd life shelf a box with a non-fitting hose for the air pads (Der Schlauchanschluß passt nicht zu den Anschluß der Druckluftinstallation in der Halle).

-> Got a box full of small sorting boxes for our consumables' storage and placed it in the cabinet.

Filled two dewars for SXP: #25087 and #25576.

Filled LN2 dewar #25584 for SEC (E. Round).

Dismounted a R+K "Gestell" of SQS. Brought the R+K to the Warehouse. 

The wheels are still in the Exp.Hall, because maybe Sascha and Paul would need them soon.

Arranged the reserve consumables (located in their respective cabinets). Now they are  well arranged and labelled (bis M8x45). The rest to be continued... 

-> Disposed fire load materials and a beacon (Bake) left over from a construction company, which were  located in the hall (SXP and SCS Empore). 

-> Brought in the warehouse a box with useless black screws.

An alarm was triggered in the "Gefahrengaslager", die Kühlung war ausgefallen. Informed P. Schmidt and he together with O.Engelmann took care of that.

A box with equipment from SCS (L. Le Guyader; QR 63576) brought to Ütersen in Block 9 and put inside the grey box where the rest of the same part are stored.

1) Transport for HiBEF ( Doppelwiege fürs Goniometer, QR 47963) from XHE1 to the exp.hall. Coworkers: O. Bilani; H. Heuer

2) Craning the protection curtains/Gestell  of the HiBEF Goniometer and moved the goniometer outside. Coworkers: S. Arslan; O. Bilani; B. Näser; C. Baehtz

3) Organized the transport of the red manual crane with the fork lift from XHE2 to the LKW Schluese (Thanks to M. Pooch). Together with P. Frankenberger we'll bring it tomorrow to the exp.hall.

4) Supported MID colleagues with 160-Gaskets in the consumable' storage.

5) SXP (V. Vrdanyan)  does not need the LN2 dewar on 09.10. Perhaps one on 13.10, but he will let us know in advance.

6) Transport from Ütersen to the exp.hall of a Rollensystem (QR47964) for HiBEF on 09.10. (they need it at ~13:00)

7) Weiss-Klima Technik: muted acoustic signals for three of them. No warning/error/malfunction, just the standard  "Wartung - Meldung"

Filled a LN2 dewar for SXP.

A. Schmidt donated consumables for the XHCrew storage. To be placed in the cabinets during the week.

Loaded the transporter with the parts which will be brought to UEtersen.

Filled the cabinets with most of the consumables donated from MID.

At around 12:40 there was a lot of water in the XHQ 2nd. floor. It comes from the roof, snow melting.

Called TN here at the gate, and they will take care for the moment about it.

Update 13:50:  TN brought three buckets and a warning sign. While I meet the cleaning lady and she dried everything up and placed another bucket ot the Leckstelle nr. 4.
