"Montagehilfe für Cryofan" brought down from the Laser room of HED/HiBEF to the assembly area of HiBEF. 

Mounted partly together and will be transported (next week) back to the external storage in Ütersen.

A rack to give away from HiBEF has found a new owner , the SQS (N.Rennhack).

HiBEF colleauges (mainly J.Hauser) are cleaning up the spaces from the materials which no longer are needed in the hall.

They are preparing a 1-2 pallets with waste.

Many components will be stored in the shaft building XHE1 (will support them  wth Redmine Ticket and QR codes).

Meanwhile the "Montagehilfe für Cryofan" QR 47620 has been used and can be brought back to XHE1.

Um 13:00 Uhr kam Herr Smolka von der Firma Hoffmann um sich die Schwerlastschränke und Schubladen anzuschauen. Es wird von Herrn Smolka eine zusammenstellung erstellt (Anzahl Schränke und Schubladen) sowie einen Lieferzeitraum genannt. Weitere Informationen sollen in der KW22 per Mail von Herrn Smolka folgen.

Zusammen (A.Galler, S.Menzel, T.Bartsch) festgestellt das der Verbrauch an Helium von SASE1 (0,8-0,9 m3/h) ausgeht. Es wird nach dem Verbrauch/Verlust bei SPB/SFX & FXE gesucht.

Einen Dewar mit flüssigem Helium (029) in die Halle transportiert und vor die SCS Hutch gestellt.

Stickstoffanlage stand in Störung, nach Überprüfung wurde festgestellt das das Hauptventil geschlossen ist. Das Hauptventil im Bereich SASE2 am Bedienelemet wieder geöffnet und die Störung quittiert. Info an TS gegeben.

Eine Halterplatte angefertigt: Aluplatte zugeschnitten und Bohrungen durchgeführt und Gewinde geschnitten. Eine Schelle an die Platte angeschraubt und an das Geländer der Laser Hutch angebracht. Die Kamera auf der Platte befestigt.

Ein Datenkabel von der Kamera zur Daten-Dose verlegt und angeschlossen. Die Kamera dient zur Dokumentation des neuen HXS Aufbau.

Halter angefertigt, damit die Gewichtplatten sich nicht mehr bewegen und keine Finger mehr einquetschen können. Dazu Winkel bearbeitet und zusätzlich mit Armaflex an das Gestell angebracht.

R und K Profile zugeschnitten und einen Halter bzw Gestell für die safety Akkubox gebaut und diese im storage Bereich am Zaun befestigt.

Gestell ist vorbereitet um eine Plexiglasscheibe einzusetzen , damit dort die Sicherheitshinweise ausgehängt werden können.

Einen Halter aus R+K Profilen gefertigt und an den Zaun angebracht.

Mit M.Pooch (TS) zusammen an zwei Stellen den beschädigten Hallenboden mit Reperatuspachtel zur Probe ausgebessert. Wenn die Probe erfolgreich ist, werden die Reperaturen ab KW15/16 fortgesetzt.

Den Hallenboden im Bereich der Schleuse weiter ausgebessert und großflächlich abgesperrt.

SCS needs the Hall Crew support for today late afternoon and tomorrow.

SQS asked for Hall Crew support for the comming two weeks.

A.Schmidt has a vaccum part to store in XHE1, and another box with a component inside can also be stored in XHE1 (for this still to talk with G. Ansaldi).

S.Menzel and M. Lüdeke will be from 19.09-23.09 on a training outside XFEL.

-> FXE:  mentioned, as two days ago, that they will need support on 10.10 for craning of the Kappa Goniometer: Hall Crew will try to find the best solution for that and organize a meeting between FXE, HallCrew and S. Arslan.

              They asked if we know when can they have He again, but we made it clear that XHCrwe doesn't have any news about that and we are not the point of contact for gases.

-> SXP: support on finishing the building up of the Frame for the  Momentum Microscope (Tuesday 4.10.2022). V. Vardanyan was aksed to start mounting early in the morning and HallCrew will join for support at 10:00 am.

              needs support on craning a pump (details on what and when exactly will follow).

-> PLA: must/have to drill few holes for the central pressurized air into the pillars (Säule) in the exp.hall. Since they must drill only on mondays (when there is no beam and the measurements do not get disturbed from vibrations) and 3.10 is a holyday, they asked for  permission to drill on Tuesday  (4.10), but not the entire day.

            FXE. HED, SQS and SCS do not see a problem on that. Other Instruments still to be asked.

-> The instruments' representative were informed that from 10.10 - 15.10 only M. Lüdeke is present from XHCrew and the week after, 17.10 - 21.10 no member of XHCrew is there due to vacation/training. O.Bilani will check anyway regularly the emails and will be telefonisch erreichbar in any case and reminded the colleagues to keep the hall free from any chaos, danger and waste.

Hall Organization Meeting on 10.11.2022:

- Only SPP/SFX and SCS were present.

- FXE didn't have time, but reported via email.

- SCS, JT.Delitz wanted support with the dismounting of a clean tent frame which was laying in their assembly area; Also support is needed for building up a cleantent in the SCS hutch.

- SPB/SFX, T. Dietze: support on removing a big optical table, which is taking space in their assembly area. A crane and a forklifter are needed, so XHCrew will coordinate this with S.Arslan. Nadja will write to us about details.

Next week, 10.10 - 14.10.2022 only one Hall Crew member, M.Lüdeke,  will be here. S.Menzel will be on vacation.

On 17.10  - 23.10.2022 Hall Crew is not there. M.Lüdeke and S.Menzel will attend a training

O.Bilani will the whole two weeks on vacation, but always verfügbar.
