General Announcement:
- Maurizio Vannoni reports on behalf of XRO on the ramp-up activities over the weekend: 
SA1 - positions of mirrors were found (post in Zulip) No major problems were found; Attenuators look fine; 
SA2 - positions of mirrors were found and placed at commissioning logbook; one Attenuator had a problem and feedback from instruments will be asked; 
Piezo in M1 was misbehaving and is repaired, but still to be set by XRO; 
SA3 - positions were found and almost the same as before maintenance, small differences are set and shall be used as a guide when beam is taken; 
A limit switch in M5 need a ZZ to be moved by 1mm; Horizontal SCS slit has relative encoders and work with 1um in accuracy. Soft-mono auto collimator is also commissioned (XRO can help if needed). 

CTRL:
- Proceeding with bring-up days. All fine so far.

DA:
- Bring-up days: 5 out 7 days went well so far.

EEE:
- Nothing to report.

VAC:
- Nothing to report.

XPD:
- Taking beam this morning in SA3 for MCP detector.
- Last days: Spectrometers in SA1 and SA2 are up and running also calibrated with Mono; HXRSS setup was also commissioning (all motors working); All good from spectrometers (HIREX and PES).
- All fine for Imagers.

DET:
- Nothing to report.

ITDM: 
- Reminder for update/service on Dcache tomorrow.

XRO:
- Couple of things that need access in XTD10 (stuck motor and a switch). Probably to be done on Tuesday morning.
- Motor/temperature issues with SRA SA1: Terminals were replaced and everything is fine.

LAS:
- Nothing to report.

UNSYS:
- Everything is fine;
- On Friday afternoon measurements with K-mono in SA1 and SA3 were done; analysis is ongoing.

SPB:
- Bring up days went fine.

FXE:
- Nothing to report.

MID:
- Nothing to report.

HED:
- Concluded bring up days. Thanks for the support.

SCS:
- Bring up day today; changed day plan due to a change with Gotthard-II that has to be fixed.

SQS:
- Nothing to report.
