- Water leak in one of the racks (3.13 / XTD10) in the tunnels that needs attendance. The power for this rack will be cut to investigate and exchange the heat exchanger. Possibly happening at 11:00AM 
today. 
Groups affected are VAC, IT and EEE. Repair is necessary as quickly as possible. Please check for components to that rack and switch them down before the power cut at 11:00.
- Andreas G. informs on the Monday's emergency power off task proposed to take place today at SA3: This work is postponed to the winter maintenance period. 
Only two new search buttons will be installed at SCS this week however it does not need emergency power OFF, meaning no effects on electricity and/or interlocks.

CTRL:
- Proceeding with Karabo update.

DA:
- Nothing to report.

EEE:
- Progressing with maintenance tasks.

VAC:
- Not present due to tunnel activities.

XPD:
- Tasks ongoing as planned.
- Message for CTRL and DA: Gotthard-II was installed in SA2 and water connections made. It is ready to be deployed as soon as SA2 Karabo is back. Please CTRL inform XPD/Naresh K. when Karabo is back.

DET:
- Nothing to report.

ITDM: 
- Ongoing with maintenance.
- No news for Maxwell yet; needs a follow up.
- Needs to restore components when power is back in rack 313.

XRO:
- Not present.

LAS:
- Tasks ongoing as planned.
- Lasermet installations are done.

UNSYS:
- Try to understand the level of hardware that needs to be replaced in the long maintenance. The power cycling of the cabinets brings problems for the terminals. 
One needs to replace all linear encoders in the undulators or at least the ones that does not work.
- Currently all ready for starting next Run 2024_02.

SPB:
- Nothing to report.

FXE:
- Nothing to report.

MID:
- Incident with Jungfrau detector: together with DET checking of repair can be done in modules.

HED:
- Not present.
