CTRL:
- Few hiccups happened last days: 
1. SA3 Karabo topics required full restart of the topic due to hardware failure of the new broker; 
2. Network failure affecting communication between SA3 topic and broker. After a restart of topic, it runs well; 
3. Issue with communication between Karabo and PLC loops in SA2. It is solved but not fully understood yet.

DA:
- Nothing to report.

EEE:
- Fast electronics team finished the uTCA updates; from PLC side the mentioned problem by CTRL is solved and PLC system is stable; regular updates are continued.

VAC:
- Nothing to report.

XPD:
- Works are ongoing: SA1 PES detectors were tested and seem fine; work in HIREX is ongoing.

DET:
- Nothing to report.

ITDM: 
- Fast switch for SA2 was delivered yesterday and today ITDM will mount and configured it to be installed.

XRO:
- Not present.

LAS:
- Nothing to report.

UNSYS:
- Installation of Apple-X: all 4 devices are in place and cabling is ongoing. The first segment shall be controllable this afternoon.
- Update on problems with SA2/cell37: yesterday it was figured out that an encoder is damaged, which sits near from the new absorber. 
Encoder needs to be replaced but one does not have time and human power to do it during the WMP. Exchange will be done during the next Summer maintenance. Also Desy-VAC does not have Pb material to shield 
the absorber in the next 6 months. 
An alternative for this undulator is to control it with the rotary encoders in the meantime.

SPB:

- All fine at MID.

HED:

- Working with planned activities.
