General Announcement:

- As PRC, Jan G. informs some accesses were successful; machine was tuning yesterday to higher photon energies and achieved performance was not enough. 
More tuning is ongoing today morning in order to improve pulse energy inclusive touching common nobs that affect all 3 SASEs.

- Nothing to report; DA is on a retreat today.

EEE:
- Related to DOC: two motors needed intervention from XRO and EEE during the week. A ZZ was done yesterday by Maurizio V. and F. Wolff-Fabris and in principle they shall be working now.

VAC:
- Everything fine.

XPD:
- Nothing to report.

DET:
- Nothing to report.

ITDM: 
- Nothing to report.

XRO:
- Not present.

LAS:
- All fine at lasers.

UNSYS:
- Issue with Phase shifter control system with a problem with new feature developed by Desy colleagues; it related to the number of periods.
- SA1 cell32 phase shifter motor was exchanged in ZZ last Monday.

SPB:
- Start with beam tonight at 12.4keV.

FXE:
- Preparing the He setup.

MID:
- Changed to 23keV few minutes ago and optimization ongoing.

HED:
- Not present.

SCS:
- Question on ongoing tuning: as long general nobs are touched then the SA3 performance may also be affected in the coming hours.

SQS:
- Not present.

SXP:
- Not present.
