General Announcement:
- With the winter maintenance period coming in two weeks, XO kindly reminds you to check the access rights for tunnels at the DACHS/DARF system. Please also remind your respective groups' colleagues.
- Steffen H. presents a summary for the ramp down plan of PLCs and Karabo relative to the Saturday's Electrical activity of Dec. 3rd.
Please note that Karabo or PLCs based controls will not be available from Friday 11:00 up to Monday mid-day. XO will prepare an e-mail clarifying this information.
CTRL:

DA:
- Concerning skipping of calibration: an e-mail with procedures was sent and is available at Alfresco. Instruments can look at it.
EEE:
- Nothing to report.
VAC:
- All running fine.
XPD:
- Nothing to report.
DET:
- On last weekend: SPB/SFX documented at the e-log an incident of AGIPD detectors with modules replaced last Summer Maintenance. Three out of 4 modules are compromised.
Steve A. said he was charged to propose a solution to be discussed with R. Bean.
ITDM:

XRO:
- Nothing to report.
LAS:
- AMPHOS SA1 switched OFF this morning and investigation is ongoing to find reason. Beam is back on the table and will be available to FXE in few hours.
UNSYS:
- Nothing to report.
SPB:
- Nothing major to report.
FXE:
- Problems with beam with lower intensity than expected: XO informs that tuning for the North Branch happened yesterday late afternoon and performance was improved.
- Problem with PP-laser.
MID:
- All fine.
HED:
- Problems with uTCA crates with cards that do not show signal. Being addressed.
SCS:
- Nothing to report.
