General Announcement:
- F. Wolff-Fabris as PRC says beam delivery is working fine and only last night it was interrupted for about 1 hours due to an issue with RF system.
SA1 and SA3 beam is running in good performance and currently the HXRSS in SA2 improved as compared to yesterday and has achieved around 500uJ with 100uJ SASE background as of now.
- Gero Flucke as DRC says all is fine but suffering with shortage of people in DOC.
- A. Galler says that please contact XO for information/question on the power cut of December 3rd.
CTRL:
- Nothing to report.
DA:
- Nothing major to report.
EEE:
- Nothing major for the moment to report.
VAC:
- Not present.
XPD:
- No issues to report. All fine.
DET:
- Jungfrau issue reported by FXE: the detector was not expected to be used in burst mode and this probably caused the issue. The burst mode is not yet optimized (some experiments/tests were done At SPB)
and this was not prepared at FXE.
ITDM:
- Nothing to report.
XRO:
- Nothing to report.
LAS:
- Issue with SA1 PP-laser: trigger delay device at the instruments showed issues and yesterday a patch was deployed and it works now.
- SPB requested improvement in the beam shape and LAS colleagues are working on it today.
UNSYS:
- All fine.
SPB:
- Nothing to report.
FXE:
- A. Galler informs a new He gas delivery in on the way to EuXFEL.
MID:
- DOOCS device crashed overnight: e.g. information from the undulator was lost and the clone device was gone. Fixed by DOC.
Wajid E. and Steffen H. comment that the "refresh" button helped to re-start; the server that runs the clones for MID crashed due to unknown reasons and the refresh button worked; reason under
investigation.
HED:
- Nothing to report.
- HED will need XGM next week.
SCS:
- User operation and issue with theta rotation of a chamber. SCS will contact EEE and CTRL.
- Question on ReadtheDocs problem: SCS uses with users for documentation and shows malfunction.
K. Wrona comments that the servers were put in operation but software is not in good state and not easy to fix. Progress is being done with preparing a workaround. Once a strategy is known ITDM will inform
accordingly.
SQS:
- Nothing to report. Estimation for pulse duration during last week: Alberto De Fanis will find out internally and inform accordingly. |
