General Announcement:
- Regarding the cw32 photon energies: it is expected for 8 GeV to have up to 6keV for the Hard X-ray beamlines. A third harmonic attempt at SA2 will be made. Expected photon intensities are in the order of 
500uJ.
- DOC shall run OK for operation regarding the number of available staff members. It includes people working remotely.
- SEPS interlock was approved last Monday and Tuesday. For questions please get in touch with Zunaira A.
- Harald Sinn as PRC reports: 
1. that yesterday there was a malfunction at SA1 and SA2 hutch search; together with Eric Boyd and Desy colleagues a fast replacement of devices was done; 
2. A confusion between change from SQS and SCS: not clear what time the change would have to be made and it was finally decided to do this morning; it requires Theo involvement.

CTRL:
- Follow-up of SA2 VAC loop: EEE changed the timing for the triggering updates and it seems to have improved; no slowness was seen since them. A fine tuning of the parameter will be made.

DA:
- Nothing to report.

EEE:
- Finishing the handover activities;
- PLC team working with CTRL to mitigate VAC loop issues;
- Fast electronics working with updates;
- Timing configurations were updated yesterday.

VAC:
- Apart of the VAC loop, nothing to report.

XPD:
- SXP Imager had a long exposure time but it is now fixed.

DET:
- Nothing to report.

ITDM: 
- Nothing to report.

XRO:
- Recommissioned devices after the summer maintenance period. Feedback from instruments would be highly appreciated.
- SQS and SCS found features on M2 mirror in SA3 that needs more investigation (a fresh area of the mirror to be used was found).

LAS:
- SA2 PP-laser is working.
- PP-laser beam for FXE shall be ready for today; For SPB on next Monday.
- SA3 PP-laser for SCS is handled; for SQS will be ready on Monday.

UNSYS:
- Nothing to report.

SPB:
- Yesterday XGM was not instantiated but it may be solved by EEE.

FXE:
- Not present.

MID:
- EPS system triggered limit of 300 pulses; It seems to be related to a foil / diamond detector system. MID was not informed of this change in EPS. 
Nerea J. informs that the new entry at EPS was a request from XPD. Harald S. says an option is to the machine to increase the EPS to 360 pulses.  
- RF window was allowing only 272 pulses and not the requested 352 pulses.

HED:
- Nothing to report.

SCS:
- Not present.

SQS:
- Alberto Defanis says that the new mirror region found is not fully understood by SQS staff.
- Problem with the digitizer: shows an artefact and a discussion with the manufacturer is ongoing and may require its intervention. EEE is on the loop.
