General Announcement:
- Clarification on the definition of a critical work will be made this afternoon during a discussion with group leaders and will be communicated to the staff.
It includes also tasks carried out by two different groups.
- On Thursday there is going to be a switch of MPS components in the balcony room.
This affects the timing signal distributed to XFEL, e.g. Lasers will not be able to follow timing.
- Test of automatic switch of power bridge is shifted to Feb.2: this affects all devices connected to orange or green power sockets (no power for few seconds/minute).
General e-mail will be sent. Instruments will need to care for equipment which is connected to these sockets.
This also affects the E0 level as well as office space in XHQ. Pease plug devices out or re-plug in other sockets.
