- problem / alarm XGM at SASE1 / XTD2  - Needs to re-cable and install new gauges; requires VAC group.

- PES was re-installed in XTD10 and has been pumped down.

- DAQ test on friday - things are fine.

- XTD6 XGM alignment starts today - used to be confirmed with VAC.

DET:

- AGIPD intervention: need some internal coordination also with DASY groups - it will let XO know, if support needed

ITDM:

- pre-anouncement: 90% of maxwell cluster update to be done on January 4/5. Communication to be send to Readiness mailing list.

XRO:

- Testing Controls in tunnel devices - needs to fix SA3 expected bugs.

- XTD10 close the vaccuum for M6 mirror chamber this week.

- XTD6 some problems with M3 mirror: to be pumped down this week and checked start of January.
