• Epix planning is advancing. List of activity being maintained and followed up by CY. Interface box for cables being modified by KS, CRs being implemented by AE. Ongoing. Goal date is 10.04.2019 to have the detector completely commissioned ==> Ongoing.
• Issues with Smaract stages cables. Being fixed. (MS will help)
• Loop 4 would need to be resterted next week.

HED

• Si mono in XTD6 had problems with the pitch motor whoch does not work anymore. Same problems happened in other mono motors in MID and FXE in the past. MS will have a look. It has be decided how to proceed with the fixing. The mono is required for users operation in HED.
• Loops readiness and cables readiness have to be aligned and priorities have to be set. It is not clear what can be provided by the end of March in terms of loops and cables. AV calls for  a meeting to clarify and set priorities...
