General Announcement:

- DET has questions on the policy in how to proceed with team work (how close and what is the interaction that different teams can have, e.g. when working in the same
room?). The subject has been reviewed by the Covid-19 task force and a guideline will be announced soon.
- There is a smooth re-start of activities regarding the Control Network tasks. 
Groups are encouraged to use this meeting to present questions and discuss open points in this matter.
- General: the group of janitors was spotted smoking together in close distance in the designated smoking area. 
It is remarked that the 1.5m distance between persons has to be respected. Information will be send to TS. 

CTRL:
- Planned work is going smoothly.
- Group's OCD phones are working. Please do not hesitate in making use of it. 

DA:
- Not present.

EEE:
- Ongoing with regular tasks. 
- The cabling company is onsite but stopped at the gate house due to missing training. 
After access is granted, work will start at the SQS. Joern will inform XO on further details.

VAC:
- Planned work is ongoing. 
- Preparing for the alignment task in XTD10.

XPD:
- Nothing special to report.
- Housing of XGM distributor boxes and Femto amplifiers in XTD1 is ongoing this week.

DET:
- Work runs smoothly. 

ITDM: 
- Nothing to report.

XRO:
- Installation of magnetic switch in XTD6 is done; cooling installation is on progress.

LAS:
- Proceeding accordingly to the plans: FXE and SPB lasers were handed to the instruments;
- Currently working in SASE3 laser.

SPB:
- Plans are in place for activating the detectors.

FXE:
- Ongoing as planned; Waiting for cabling installation after SQS is done.

MID:
- It has placed a task request to be done in XTD1 (to inspect CRL-1 device of SASE2) - XO is trying to schedule it this week, most likely for Friday.
- Majority of tasks at the instrument goes well; there were pico motor issues with monochromator. 

HED:
- All activities are going well.

SCS:
- Not present.

SQS:
- Nothing special apart from the cabling company stuck in the gate.
