SPB/SFX
- CSS component commissioning. Concept and implementation being finalized.==> Final tests have to be performed at SPB, if OK, the CR will be finalized.
- Loop 14 (Jungfrau) commissionig has started. 3 modules are being controlled. The movable stage should have been shipped from japan today. Then will be mounted and controlled via PLC.
- CRL implementation in the hutch will happen in April. AE and EET involved. ==> ZA needs the documentation of the CRL. before April. MS will ask the responsbile person in SPB.
FXE
SQS
- exhaust line for explosive gases has not been tested so far and no information is available to SQS. Urgent. SRP should comment.==> MMeyer is following up the issue. - NO update.
SCS
MID
- Issue with the remote control of the ion pumps. It is not possible to switch on and off the pumps remotely due to the fact that a wrong terminal was used . It seems this was also the same issue in SASE1 and 3. AE and EET are on it to fix it and update the doucumentation. ==> AE needs to perform a test at MID before deploying the solution. Since there are other priorities now the test has not happened yet. ==> Test has been shifted to HED.
- An automatic chain of communicaton is needed (TS?) to notify relevant peopole when the power is down. ==> UBr will follow up the automatic notification setup.
- Loop update caused some issues with the motor directions.
- Components in the tunnel hava to be included in the DAQ during the internal commisisoning time. Name of the relevan tunnel components should be comminicated to the CAS contact person.
HED
- Si bounce monochromators - Chiller leaks. Will be repaired in the next shutdown.
- hirex mono water connections will be reworked in March.
OPT Lasers
- SASE1 PP laser available
- SASE2 and 3 in progress.
- Modules for the time stamp have to be installed by AE. How long does it take? Will be discussed offiline with PG.
XRO
- In SASE3 additional safety shutters issue: Hardware will be ready by middle of Feb. On the 24 and 25. the installation and the modification of the EPS loop should take place if D3, SRP agree on the change request proposed by HS and MD. ==> Still no official decision from D3 and SRP. AE would like to get as many info as possible in advance to start preparing the loop update. According to MDommach NJardon is supposed to be already in the loop. ==> Concept in written has not yet been communicated to SRP and AE. ZA will talk to HS.

CAS
- Hotfix is being tested and probably relesed tomorrow. It is not mandatory. Minor improvements only.
SRP
- FXE beam permission issue form last week: Due to the fact that the CRL can focus the beam on the beamstop and the operation betweek 7 and 14 keV was required, a proper analisys of the radiation safety had to be carried out. Between 7 and 9 keV the air is absorbing mostly of the light and there are no concerns. For energies above 7 keV the transmission increases. In order to allow operation the following requirements were set: 4W max power. B4C in front of the beamstop (efficiency grows with energy in this range)
- The self rescue training is supposed to become part of the access requirement in the DACHS system for the tunnel. This caused a lot of concerns during the meeting (visitors? Access to components only in the very firrt part of the tunnel ). PSPO will discuss with SRP .
