On 16.Apr.2018 09:45am till Noon I have to shutdown the MicroTCA4 Crates Rackroom from FXE

because of the Power Down issue on Monday.

On 17.Apr.2018 09:45am till Noon I have to shutdown the MicroTCA4 Crates Rackroom from SPB
"spb-rr-sys-utc-1"
"spb-rr-sys-utc-2"
because of the Power Down issue on Tuesday.

This will affect timing system and MPS communication.
